    Sinabi ko to kay miggy (codylewis) dun sa thread nya about chicks pareho kayu ng predicament baka sakaling may mapulot ka din dito hehehe
    hahaha. pwede naman un nga lang nde ka makapag all out ng gastos kaya ako ung mga matagal ko na dinedate un muna inaaya ko madalas sila pa nakikihati sakin sa gastos hehehe bayaran ko na lang sa ibang paraan ahahaha :P

    anong paraan yung pagbabayad ng debt fafs? :D hindi lang naman din sa "ayaw pa" kundi "wala pa nakikita" ... gusto ko katulad dun sa mga asawa nung mga mamaw sa CNC kanina, sumasama na sila sa asawa nila para bumili ng supp, sila pa naglalabas ng wallet para magbayad nung kabundok na tubs

    Ahahah... ikaw na bahala kung anu yung pambayad mo,katawan at puri mo lang naman makukuha nila nde naman apelyido ahaha! oo nga sarap pag misis mo ganun kasupportive anoh? teka sigurado ka bang misis nila yung kasama nila? ahahah!

    Mga fafs, nag ta-triceps na ako sa chest day, and biceps sa back day, okay lang ba na mag dagdag ako ng isang araw para sa arms lang, naliliitan kasi ako sa arms ko eh -_- ano kaya magandang routine?

    parehas tau bro, i just considered adding an extra day for arms. experiment mode ba :) kaso kakastart ko pa pa lang

    gaano kalayo ang intervals between rests days at nung balak mong arm-day after nung triceps/biceps workout days mo? my take jan as long nabigyan na magrecover ung arms bago ka mag-arm workout ulit ayus lang yun sa tingin ko fafs.

    eto lang para malinawan ako ha. so nakapag curls kna nung back day at nkapag tri-ext ka na sa chest day mo tama? tapos you're planning to add another arm day bukod dun?

    chest / triceps day is wednesday and back / biceps day is friday, okay lang kaya kung the following day ko gawin yung arm day? hmmmm

    toy, ako twice din ako mag train ng arms kasi its one of my weak part. what i do is i give it a day of its own, biceps and triceps in one training day. major arm day i do it heavy, 3 - 4 exercises per part. then i do my minor arms day after 3 days of rest. during minor arms day i do volume, 2 exercises per part. i think nag rerespond ang arms ko sa ganitong klaseng routine kaya im still doing it. malay mo pwede din sayo.

    another important thing for me when you try to train a body part twice is you must supply your body with more food/nutrients para mag respond yung part na i-eensayo mo.

    mas okay siguro kung mag try ako para malaman ko kung mag wo-work or not. Pag hindi, okay lang at least tinry ko :) .. Sabi nga nila, "ikaw ang makapag sasabi kung ano ang mag wo-work sayo and vice versa". Gagawin ko nalang sir yung sinabi mo na more food/nutrients, kung kumakain ako ng marami ngayon, lalamon ako ng lalamon bukas! XD^
    ilang sets / reps pala sir pag major arm-day mo?

    ako din nag alot na ng seperate day for arms...kakaumpisa lang din..

    4 sets every exercise 12 - 8 reps pabigat ng pabigat evry set. first 3 exercises heavy compound yung pang apat isolation or partial reps ang tira ko so failure palagi sa huling exercise.ahahah its time for bigger guns! maabot ko lang yung 18" relax masaya na ako.

    ds- standing bb curl, hammer curl, preacher curl. minsan i replace preacher with seated inclined db curls.

    zack- kaya nga eh sana maabot. 2 inches to go lol.

    Incline Dumbbell Curl 1/20 - 5lbs

    Triceps:
    Close Grip Bench Press 5/8 -40,60,80,100,105lbs
    Close Grip Bench Press 1/20 - 60lbs
    EZ Bar Lying Tricep Extension 5/8 - 40lbs
    EZ Bar Lying Tricep Extension 1/20 - 20lbs
    Tricep Pushdown - 5/8 - 110,110,90,90,90lbs
    Tricep Pushdown - 1/20 - 40lbs

    Kapa-kapa muna ng weights, not as heavy as compared to my minor arms day (chest / back day) , pero mas ngalay braso ko ngayon :cool:

    nag timbang ulit ako kanina, I gained 3lbs, 159lbs na ako yehey!

    Chest / Triceps day

    Body weight = 158-159, nagiging 160 pag busog sa tubig LOL

    (weight to failure = unknown, kaya every week nag dadagdag ako ng 10-30lbs, little by little increase lang hanggang sa mahuli ko yung weight to failure 3rd week ko palang naman sa gym XD)

    Flat Bb bench press + warm-up sets - 50,90,110,120,125
    Incline Db Press - 50x2, 50x2
    Weighted Dips - +10lbs, +15lbs
    Seated Overhead Db press - 40x2,40x2
    Standing Side Cable Laterals - 30
    Cable Pushdowns - 110,130
    E-z Bar Skull Crushers - 50

    @sir rot - thanks sir! actually hindi pa ako nakakagamit ng pre-workout supps eh, nalaman ko lang yung effects ng jack3d dahil sa reviews and comments... pakiramdam ko lang naka jack ako dahil dun sa chikas XD

    Pull-ups : 7reps x2
    Barbell Rows : 50,100
    Barbell Shrugs : 160,160

    Preacher Dumbbell Curl : 20
    Dumbbell Wrist Curl : 40

    ps__ pwede bang nguyain yung amino2222? ang sakit sa dibdib pag nilulunok eh, parang nalunok ng pambura wakokoko

    hahaha... alam ko pwede may kakilala ako nginangata yun eh hehehe. nice progress sa poundage baka memya magulat na lang kami 300lbs na DLs mu fafi. hehehe
