Pwede mo paghaluin yan kaso I'm not sure what it would taste like kasi hindi ko naman alam flavors ng whey and casein mo.hehe If you need 2 servings, 1 for each, then I suggest you take whey in the morning and casein before you go to bed just like what sir rugged recommended. But the point is, whichever protein source (whey or casein) you get your nutrients from, pareho lang protein yan. Ang difference lang nila is yung rate of absorption. sir ask lang. im 143lbs 5'10, at low protein yung mga kinakain ko. ilang servings ng ON wheypro need ko daily? yung TTABM program ang ginagamit ko sa gym
@jrdn129 get more protein from whole foods, in short eat more meat(pork, beef, chicken), fish, eggs, peanuts, milk, cheese, etc kung within reach mo. wag masyado mag rely sa whey protein. ok na yung twice a day ka uminom nun post workout and before sleeping. But then again ok lang din to drink more than twice kung gahol ka sa oras on a certain day and cant eat whole foods during the day. but don't don't have to on a daily basis.

I agree 1 chicken breast= 20g-30g of protein, ako kc i am planning to take whole foods nalang kasi your body cant absorb those protein mas mganda ung time release. What i do like about whey protein is may lactoferrin that promote the secretion of glutathione which is antioxidant that may kill tumour that will lead to cancer.hehe. Share ko lng paranoid kc me sa health may cancer kc auntie ko.What i mean to say mga sir just to clarify my post, your body can only absorb 30g of protein at once that is why you need to consume 6 meal a day for me personaly i read it,
