6 slices of wheat bread w/ peanut butter
6-7 eggs
Half chicken breast
1 chicken thigh and 1 leg
3x whey protein
brown rice
I am 5'7 and i'm used to weigh 63kg but now i gain 5kg = 68kg i have been going to the gym for 4 and half months.
and dumbbell curl twist or not is it necessary to twist when doing the DB curl?

Your diet is fine, we have the same height, however I'm 2 Kgs lighter.

diet looks good to me. maybe you're just on a plateau.
Maybe youre over training, spending too much time sa gym, lack of sleep?
2hours training, my maximum sleep is 7 hours everyday. i gained while following my own program but this time i'm stuck. My shoulders, biceps and chest is not getting stronger/bigger.

To add, the body releases cortisol about 45mins. after exercise. What this does is breakdown muscle to turn it into energy. The body developed this because in caveman days, if you're still doing something strenuous after 45mins. it's likely something life threatening. So losing muscle was not so bad compared to being dead. Nowadays you can't just tell your body not to do it. So best advice is keep workouts short.
Studies have shown however that consuming quickly absorbed carbs and protein prevents the body from releasing cortisol. Since there is now a source of energy from the carbs, the body doesn't need to break down muscle.

kapag arms 1.5 hours ,shoulders,chest mga nasa 1 and half hours heavy tapos 30mins abs workout kaya nagiging 2hours. ewan ko lang 22yrs old palang po ako. sabi kasi nung bodybuilder na finofollow ko wag madaliin yung workout tska kung binilisan ko para akong nagcacardio d na ata ako nagbubuhat. dko alam total kcal ko sir siguro kcal ko nasa 2500+ pero rest days baka below 2500

are you sure youre eating 2500 cal? Looks like less than 1800 only
If you dont count them, you cant manage them.
