Hello Everyone,
newbie here in PBB;
been lifting for about 1 year, started from 100lbs. This coming sembreak and onwards plan ko po magpaBULK. Balak ko po bumili ng promatrix 7 and creatine. Ok lang po ba yun? Tsaka solid foods po like chicken breast etc. Thanks in advance
