I'm not sure what are you trying to imply with the rice.
Yes, rice is a source of carbs, so it's like saying I did 'no carbs'. But on the succeeding of first statement, 2 pcs camote. You just replaced your source of carbs with root crops. Another. Cheat day, Sunday, no pork, again no rice, and also no soft drinks, but you just replaced some of your meals cals on that certain day with the consumption of ice cream.
Are you saying your diet worked because of the philisophy of 'no rice' diet? Pertaining on the mentality of "Oh! I need to cut down this stubborn fats, I guess I need to opt not eating rice! Because 'they' said so..." I hope not. Which I also firmly believe you already got fact on that! (Right?) Anyway, regardless whether you avoided consuming the asian staple food for sake of cutting down body-fat or aware of energy expediture; cals in=cals out, you still progressed making it to your goal! And on your efforts bonus, in a mere of 5 months! Keep it up! [size=x-small](BTW, no sarcasm meant!)[/size]

Depende 'yan sa current goal. Ano bang specific body-type ang gusto mong makuha? Pang-model? Bouncer-type? Dry-ripped-buff? etc...
LOL. Same boat here. Pero at times hindi naman. Depende sa kondisyon ng katawan at pinagbubuhatan...
ganda nang transformation bro! pero nagulat ako sa bilis nang pag lose nang fats, 3 months tapos mga nasa 40lbs na lose mo kagad,.Not that I'm doubting you or whatever,( meron nga 60 - 70lbs in 6 months). but aside from the diet bro, have you taken any weight loss pill / slimming tea?

cguro malaking tulong sakin yung pag lalaro ko ng volleyball since grade 3 nag lalaro na kc until college days ko naka pasok ako ng varsity team ng school namin.
