body fat % still unknown can anyone help me about this!

suffering back pain 3 weeks no back work out
new challenges for my self is the 21k marathon

    oo nga sir eh.. marami nga ang nagulat sa pinapasokang kung gym d2 sa makati Flex n Core sa makati.... ang bilis ng progress ko. every week na babalik ako sa gym pumapayat ako. tudo diet talaga ako.. no rice 6-8 egg whites, 2 pcs camote, chicken breast, tuna,wheat bread. 1 gallon of water a day.. pero meron ako cheat day sunday no pork no rice and no soft drinks.. pero merong ice cream pa rin... second time ko na ito nagawa sir.. last 2009 from 197 to 160 lbs in 11 month pag dating ng 2010 nag stop ako na iba life style ko nag karoon ng ibang hobbies. ngayong 2014 nag simula ulit ako from the scratch. hindi ko aklain na ganito ka bilis ang progress ko meron ako every week photo ng progress kopapatulong po sana ako kung paano mag pa clean bulk?
    saka ilang % na yung bodyfats ko?

    I'm not sure what are you trying to imply with the rice.

    Yes, rice is a source of carbs, so it's like saying I did 'no carbs'. But on the succeeding of first statement, 2 pcs camote. You just replaced your source of carbs with root crops. Another. Cheat day, Sunday, no pork, again no rice, and also no soft drinks, but you just replaced some of your meals cals on that certain day with the consumption of ice cream.

    Are you saying your diet worked because of the philisophy of 'no rice' diet? Pertaining on the mentality of "Oh! I need to cut down this stubborn fats, I guess I need to opt not eating rice! Because 'they' said so..." I hope not. Which I also firmly believe you already got fact on that! (Right?) Anyway, regardless whether you avoided consuming the asian staple food for sake of cutting down body-fat or aware of energy expediture; cals in=cals out, you still progressed making it to your goal! And on your efforts bonus, in a mere of 5 months! Keep it up! [size=x-small](BTW, no sarcasm meant!)[/size]

    normal lang siguro un nangyari kasy sir na mabilis na pagbalik ng katawan nya bago sya huminto. dati sa gym ko sa pinas, may broscience kami dun. pag daw ung taong matagal na nag bubuhat eh napatigil aslong natty sya at walang supplement, kahit mapatigil hindu ganung kalaki ang mawaala at pag bumalik sa pag bubuha, mabilis din babalik. yun ang storya ng broscience sa gym namen dati hehehe

    sir core thank you for a warm welcome here in pbb. i really cut rice bcoz my gf and here mom gives me a challenges to cut down my weight from 209.8 to 170lbs in 3 months. unang pumasok sa isip ko na d ako mag rice tama po kayo sa fact nyo na no carbs diet pero meron pa rin i replace it with camote. my meal in 1 months was brakefast 2 egg white with coffee 10am 1 camote lunch chicken breast 2 egg white 1pc camote 3pm coffee before work out 2 egg whites after work out tuna. the 2nd and 3rd month ko no kamote dinag dagan ko ang servings ng chicken ko saka beef. im lucky at na reach ko ang goal with out ulcers ang hirap.. after 90 days i made it to 170.. now im adding 6 pcs wheatbbread... current weight 172 at 5'7" time na po ba mag pa bulk or mag cut pa? baka meron po kayo magand ma i advice sakin salamat... about sa cheat day ko doon lng po ako kumakin ng ice cream kc nag crave ako sa mga food na matatamis in 6 days minsan jcos... saka every sunday nag luluto ang gf k ng pasta i like pasta kcthanks sirsir Ohsnap buti meso at hindi nag endo... kc sa mother side ko endo talaga sila ang lalaki tapos 2 tito na ded sa heart attack at sa father side mga atletics sila sports minded.. saka grabe ako kung pumawis pag nag gym tipong basa pati underware saka medyas koEmman1986 oo nga sir ty sa factsbeardugo2014 thanks popopoycanton cge po sir try ko hehehehe

    Depende 'yan sa current goal. Ano bang specific body-type ang gusto mong makuha? Pang-model? Bouncer-type? Dry-ripped-buff? etc...

    ganda nang transformation bro! pero nagulat ako sa bilis nang pag lose nang fats, 3 months tapos mga nasa 40lbs na lose mo kagad,.Not that I'm doubting you or whatever,( meron nga 60 - 70lbs in 6 months). but aside from the diet bro, have you taken any weight loss pill / slimming tea?

    bio fit tea sir gumagamit ako until now kc hirap ako magbawas

    cguro malaking tulong sakin yung pag lalaro ko ng volleyball since grade 3 nag lalaro na kc until college days ko naka pasok ako ng varsity team ng school namin.
