    Kapag bumaba ka ng 4 sizes, medyo pwede mo pa masalba ang pantalon, pero kunwari 38 ka noon tapos 32 na kailangan mo, mahirap na paresize dahil ang pockets ang problema. Ipon ipon ka muna ngayon habang tinatago mo ang "power levels" mo, para kung malapit na maabot ang target size mo at may event, pwede mo surpresahin ang lahat with well fitting clothes at ang Super Saiyan bod mo.     shirts pwedo mo pa paresize. Better find one that resizes for 50php per shirt - WIN situation yan.
    Mistake ko nga at pinaresize ko lahat to Small slim fit, e bulking ako lately so medyo tight fit na lahat ng luma kong originally XL hahaha.
    pants, idelay mo pagbibili mo until sa tingin mo kailangan mo na, then donate mo na yung mga malalaki mo.

    Seems like the battle to lose those last mile fat is starting...
    plateaued for 2 weeks at 86... now only dropping to 1 Kg after two weeks @ 85Kg... ahehehe

    sir, ramdam kita... Beginning this year I was at my 100++kg and Asa 83-85kg na ako pero before that 2 months ako Asa 85kg, nag plateau ako until I tried zigzagging my calorie. Try zig zag diet bka ma break mo plateau mo.
