hi mga masters.. im a hard gainer. b4 i just only 110 lbs but nag research ako para tumaba.. nag drink me serious mass and lumamon. now im 150 lbs na.. ask ko lng is base on my photo is ano ba dapat ko gawin? magpa bulk or cut na? simple lng gus2 ko body.. abs and magka muscle sa chest area na halata. parang mala JAKE CUENCA lng.. simple lng at hindi bulky.

So for the meantime, bulk kapa pero piliin mo na ung i bubulk mo para pag dumating na yung time na gusto mo nang magka jake cuenca body (pag bench body event ah hindi ung normal days nya) mas maganda kalalabasan Good luck bro at basa basa ka lang dito tyak madami ka matutunan

Nga pala bro.. spoon feeding means binibigay namin sayo yung sagot, yung di ka na nag effort na hanapin yung sagot sa sarili mo. It doesnt work that way here. gaya nga nang sinabi ni @Chico Enzo , konting exert nang effort. Gamitin mo lang yung search function and magtyaga ka lang mag basa basa ng journal,malalaman mo yung sagot sa katanungan mo about nutrition and reason bakit advice namin na wag ka munang mag cut.

ung effort na gagawin mo sa pagbasa ay wala sa kalingkingan sa effort na dapat i-exert pagdating sa training mo. kaya kung gusto mo ma achieve goal mo, work hard for it bro.

make an effort to go to the gym. Nobody gets big and strong w/ a pair of dumbells at home. Thats just some tomfoolery right there.
The equipment you have is suboptimal and in no time you will outgrow its usefulness. Unless you resell them, then thats money down the drain. Now, if you had a squat rack, a bench and about 300# of weights then that would be a different story.
Anyway, are you really finding it hard to eat 2.2k? that's pretty easy given you eat at jollibee.
pero ito payo ko sayo base sa larawan mo, kumain ka araw araw ng mga 5-6 eggs, 1-2 whole chicken a day or kahit isa lang, tamang dami ng kanin kada meal, mga karne ng baka, lean part ng pork. turkey, kumain ka rin ng gulay at mga prutas kada araw, umnom ng gatas, mag supplement ka kung may budget ka (promatrix, optimum nutrition gold standard etc) , mag workout ka sa gym (stick to basic training(s) make it intense and heavy na kaya mo magawa in proper form , at matulog ka (ung quality sleep na atleast 6-7hours or more) . Babae ka ba? Hehe no offense meant but are you trying to reach 100lb weight? To answer your question, if you're still losing weight at 2000cal, you need not to change anything, unless it becomes your maintenance calorie.
