pwede ba?

hi mga masters.. im a hard gainer. b4 i just only 110 lbs but nag research ako para tumaba.. nag drink me serious mass and lumamon. now im 150 lbs na.. ask ko lng is base on my photo is ano ba dapat ko gawin? magpa bulk or cut na? simple lng gus2 ko body.. abs and magka muscle sa chest area na halata. parang mala JAKE CUENCA lng.. simple lng at hindi bulky.

    sa ngayon bro yan lang ang goal mo ung mag ka maskels sa chest area pero darating time hindi lang yan ang magiging goal mo :)

    So for the meantime, bulk kapa pero piliin mo na ung i bubulk mo para pag dumating na yung time na gusto mo nang magka jake cuenca body (pag bench body event ah hindi ung normal days nya) mas maganda kalalabasan :) Good luck bro at basa basa ka lang dito tyak madami ka matutunan :)

    mga sir, hirap kc me mag bulk and sobra busog na ko den kain pa rin ng kain, separate naman meals ko for 6 times. d ba ko pede mag CUT na? AND pede ba ko mag kirkland fish oil para matanggal mga fats ko sa tiyan.

    nabasa ko kc fish oil para ma remove excess fats like bilbil sa tyan.. and if nagpa cut na ba ko is maganda results sa body? hirap kc me kumain ng kumain. and d naman pang bodybuilder type ko or masyado bulky. gus2 ko lng konti muscle na halata.

    para sa akin bro, pag nag cut ka na baka ma dismaya ka lng sa result. build a solid foundation first, bulk pa. Also, paano mo nasabi na hardgainer ka? Basa2x lang dito bro if gusto mo talaga ma achieve goal mo. Ask din sa mga masters, dami handang tumulong sayo dito.

    kung ano man ang goal/body preference mo brod, ang simpleng payo ko lang eh kumain ka ng masusustansyang pagkain (wag tipirin ang pagkain) at mag pahinga ka ng maayos at mag workout ng tama :) Bodybuilding is not a sprint, marathon po ito eh :)

    cge salamat but pede nyo ko bigyan ng proper diet yun mura hehe, my maintaining calories kc is 2260. hirap ko ma achieve yan per day eh. wat im doing is breakfast cereal den chocolate bread kc mataas calories den biscuit na matamis din kc taas calories den lunch 1 cup rice for 200 cal. ryt? den ulam assuming 100 cal. den merienda kahit ano like pancit canton etc, den siomai den juice den dinner sometimes jollibee with ice cream para lng makamit yun target calories ko per day, i know d sya healthy. bigyan nyo ko meal plan nyo yun mabilis lng bilhin sa labas.

    Bro, kelangan mo talaga gumastos kung gusto mo ma achieve goal mo. Also, kelangan magbasa ka sa mga threads dito about proper nutrition, training etc. sorry, pero napansin ko na gusto mo "spoon feeding". Bro, exert effort nman on reading/researching at tiyak may matututunan ka.

    d ko lam yun spoon feeding mga boss.. and yes i do research naman eh. i nid a proper meal lng na madali. And yes gagastos talaga kc now ang gastos ko sa mga food. I have question mga master, what if nag maintain me ng weight den nag cut me? ano magiging type ng body ko? den nag take me ng fish oil?

    Kung gusto mo ba talagang mag cut,go.. wala namang pumipigil sayo, advice lang naman yung binibigay namin sayo. Nasa sayo pa rin naman ang huling decision kase katawan mo naman yan.
    Nga pala bro.. spoon feeding means binibigay namin sayo yung sagot, yung di ka na nag effort na hanapin yung sagot sa sarili mo. It doesnt work that way here. gaya nga nang sinabi ni @Chico Enzo , konting exert nang effort. Gamitin mo lang yung search function and magtyaga ka lang mag basa basa ng journal,malalaman mo yung sagot sa katanungan mo about nutrition and reason bakit advice namin na wag ka munang mag cut.

    Just my 2 cent. :-)

    ung effort na gagawin mo sa pagbasa ay wala sa kalingkingan sa effort na dapat i-exert pagdating sa training mo. kaya kung gusto mo ma achieve goal mo, work hard for it bro.

    make an effort to go to the gym. Nobody gets big and strong w/ a pair of dumbells at home. Thats just some tomfoolery right there.

    The equipment you have is suboptimal and in no time you will outgrow its usefulness. Unless you resell them, then thats money down the drain. Now, if you had a squat rack, a bench and about 300# of weights then that would be a different story.

    Anyway, are you really finding it hard to eat 2.2k? that's pretty easy given you eat at jollibee.

    ganito bro, kung ang talagang goal mo lang sa ngayon ay mala jake cuenca na kagaya ng asa journal picture mo, i compare mo muna yung recent pics mo dun sa picture ni cuenca. Then you decide kung malapit ba ang itsura o malayo?

    pero ito payo ko sayo base sa larawan mo, kumain ka araw araw ng mga 5-6 eggs, 1-2 whole chicken a day or kahit isa lang, tamang dami ng kanin kada meal, mga karne ng baka, lean part ng pork. turkey, kumain ka rin ng gulay at mga prutas kada araw, umnom ng gatas, mag supplement ka kung may budget ka (promatrix, optimum nutrition gold standard etc) , mag workout ka sa gym (stick to basic training(s) make it intense and heavy na kaya mo magawa in proper form , at matulog ka (ung quality sleep na atleast 6-7hours or more) .     Idol mo pala brah si @jettie, alam mo ba gaano siya kalakas kumain nung bulk sya? Back read back read din pag time bro, hehehe! Ganito na lang.. before nia nakuha ang " body na rock", ang weight na nabuhat niya is halos 2x+ nang body weight niya. Before niya nabuhat yung ganun kabigat,alam mo ba kung gaano kadami kinakain niya?tinitingnan ko pa lang pic at ilang grams kinakain niya,nalulula ako,hehe!dapat ganun ka rin brader, :-)

    guys pahingi naman ako meal plan nyo na aabot ng 2250 calories per day.. yun healthy sana.mga sir i have very important question.. if my calories needed per day is 2250 for maintainance for my weight. pano kung 2000 cal. lng take ko per day? papayat ba ko? at pati muscle mawawala? AND WAT IF 2000 CAL. PER DAY LNG TAKE KO.. MABABAWAS BA TIMBANG KO HANGGANG 100lbs.. PAKI EXPLAIN. BY DA WAY, IM 150LBS NOW.

    As long as you're on caloric deficit, bababa talaga weight mo including muscle, but that depends on how disciplined you are in terms of food intake. Ang tanong, goal mo ba ang weight loss at 2000cal?

    Babae ka ba? Hehe no offense meant but are you trying to reach 100lb weight? To answer your question, if you're still losing weight at 2000cal, you need not to change anything, unless it becomes your maintenance calorie.

    no sir, medyo magulo lng kc.. wat if d mo nasunod yun maintenance calories mo for day? example kung 2250 cal. per day nid mo para maintain weight pero below 2250 cal. lng nakakain mo per day so ibig sabihin babagsak ng babagsak timbang mo hanggang 100lbs or less pa?

    para sakin bro ah, since ako minsan di ko rin a naabot ung mai ntenance ko kasi sa work ko (my excuse hahaha) pero di naman ako nawawalan ng maskels or nababa ung timbang. ginagawa ko binabawe ko na lng pag may time dun ako nakain ng tama or above my maintenance pa (surplus) pero kung wala ka excusses gaya ko, make sure na naabot mo palagi for the gainzzz

    Sir @android in case di mo nameet yung maintenance mo for the day, make sure you compensate that on the next day. You can monitor your weight every week or biweekly and see from there kung may changes (whether weight loss/gain and in line with your calorie intake).
