Then be patient sa pag babackread lalo na sa training/WO thread at diet./nutrition thread. Andito na halos lahat sa PBB at kung may tanong ka, post ka sa relatd thread or dito sa journal mo then sigurado may sasagot sayo or i-forward ka sa right thread that might answer your queries :)Good luck bro

    Advice po sa mga ka members, I bought sa grocery this soy shake chocolate flavor high in calcium and source of protein, is it good after my workout pra alternative sa protein shake? If so ilang ML ang dpat kng inumin? Tnx in advance..

    Sir, here is the nutrition facts: per 100ml/ protein 2.9g, carbohydrates 7.4g, dietary fiber 1.3g, sodium 77mg, potassium 223mg, vitamin B6 0.8mg, calcium 115mg.
