March 13- 210lbs (Fitness First Computerized Weight Scale)
March 16- 213lbs
March 21- 209lbs
sana matulungan nyo ako sa journey to success na ito
at para makamit ang trabahong inaasam
nag plano pala ako na 5lbs. per week sana para within 2 months nakuha ko na yung goal ko na 175lbs.
tama ba yung plan ko na to?
pero biglang pakiramdam ko dahil medyo matagal na din ang huli kong pag timbang eh parang hindi na ata ako nababawasan ngayon kaya may nabasa naman ako sa google na

and pwede ba sakin yung Xtend by Scivation?

Much loss of the first few weeks of weightloss would be water, due to cutting down of sodium or carbs, which are the main factors holding water to your body.
Ideal weightloss per week(natural)? More or less 1-2lbs, depending on how careful you are, monitoring your macro intake.
Even you're goal is 'weightloss'(weightloss is different from fatloss, get the difference between the two.), still... you need to maintain as much muscle as you can during the phase. Don't be get carried over of the what your ideal BMI claims. A single weight number can tell different pictures of individuals...
You might want to check the journal of one of the member's here in PBB who successful with his weightloss/fatloss journey...

gusto ko lang po sana kasi ng supplement na pang recover sa work out and the same time helps to burn fat
ito yung na recommend sakin ng kaibigan ko sa US pero dahil first time ko lang gagamit ng ganito kaya tanong ko na lang sa mga expert hehehe
nabasa ko lang kasi maliban dito sa PBB review ng xtend and sa ibang sites
nakakatulong daw to ma maintain ang muscle especially during workout, tapos mabilis daw ang recovery period relieve din daw kagad ang soreness ng mga muscle and at the same time nakaka burn din daw ng fat
pero dhil bago sakin to kaya mas ok na siguro mag tanong muna kaya ito nagustuhan ko sa PBB may nakakausap talaga kesa yung naka post na talaga sa mga sites na wala sumasagot
by the way nabasa ko na po lahat ng narecommend nyo na journal and very inspiring
yup kaya bago ako pumunta ng gym na talaga eh binabasa ko muna tulad yung sa MaxOT and kino consider ko din kasi yung sa IF tutal wala pa naman ako sa ngayon ginagawa sensya pala ito na ayos ko na ung post na attach ko na ung pic ng xtend na sinasabi ko
suguro mga 3 weeks ng nakakalipas nag pa check up ako with my doctor re: sa workout na ginagawa ko and sa balak kong pag switch ng workout from Insanity workout to MaxOT and syempre sinama ko na din ang Diet ko
my doctor was shocked when she saw my weight from 230lbs last January 2014 eh ang latest ko nun is 204lbs na lang and may mga tanomg sya when ako mag start mag lose ng weight and na kwento ko nga na March 5 i decided to lose starting from 221lbs and in a span of 1 month ang laki daw ng binaba ng timbang ko and she ask my diet so to cut the story short
she disagree sa MaxOT when i presented the wprkoit routine due to my medical history na ako mismo nakalimutan ko (kaya for those na madali makalimot i advise na you make a index card with your info and some medical history)
bawal daw ako mag buhat ng mabibigat and dun naman sa insanity she recommended to modify it para na rin daw hindi maulit ung sakit ko
when it comes to the nutrition she modified it pero pasok pa din ung mga kailangan ko habang nag work out eh hindi ako manghihina at mag kasakit
now im happy tk say from 204lbs down to 194lbs na lang
medyo malaki man ang bawas ng timbang ko pero ganun daw ata ang metabolism ko na mag papayat
para naman sa other member or newbie like me
i really advise that you should consult your doctor first before doin some workout para hndi macompensate ang health
good job paps. What were the recommendations by your MD? Does she even lift bro? joke
I'll just put this here in case you missed it or forgot. Resistance training does have a great impact on weight loss in terms of % preserved LBM.
