    Post ka pics ( no homo) para sa reference mo simula ng sumali ka dito sa pbb.

    Basta backread ka sa mga thread dito tyak madami ka matutunan at maiapply sa BBing career mo. Ask question kung may di ka naiintindhan at andyan mga beterano at master sa BBing para tulungan / i assist ka.

    hope you don't mind bro but let me be the first one to criticize what you've written sa log mo, :)

    Lifting Stats > ( this means gaano na kabigat binubuhat mo, ex : bench press = ? lbs , Squat = ? lbs ) hind newbie, advance, intermediate, elite, super saiyan 1, 2, 3 , GOD. :)
    Workout Program > from the work itself, program. indi style nang work out mo .
    Meal Plan/Diet > No rice at all for the past three weeks. > you sure bout this brah? you wanted to be Fit, massive and ripped body. but di ka kumakain nang kanin? san mo kinukuha carbs mo?

    try lurking on other's journal, marami kang mapupulot na aral. :)

    baka mamis interpret mo yung guidance namin sayo ha, sana wag tayong balat sibuyas, sanay kase dito sa PBB na direct to the point, no sugar coating baga, ganyan din kase ako dati, as in ang alam ko lang sa bodybuilding was to lift weights. I didn't know that it's just the tip of the iceberg. kailangan ding tutukan ang nutrition, about the micro and macro nutrients, how your body reacts to your routine etc. this site really open my eyes on how we can be successful on our journey to have a mother' effin physique. basta kung may hindi tayo alam , hindi masamang magtanong, maraming tutulong sayo dito, . :^^
