I didn't know that it's just the tip of the iceberg. kailangan ding tutukan ang nutrition, about the micro and macro nutrients, how your body reacts to your routine etc. this site really open my eyes on how we can be successful on our journey to have a mother' effin physique. basta kung may hindi tayo alam , hindi masamang magtanong, maraming tutulong sayo dito, . :^^
