Walang Deadlift

Good day to all. Mga Papi, Natamaan ako sa likod dahil sa heavy deadlift (320lbs) kaht using belt im doing it for few years now. Ok nmn ung position ko at pag execute. ngaun may disc buldge nko sa lower back. cguro nga may mali lang . Any suggestion kung ano ipapalit ko sa deadlift kasi im planning to compete sooner. kung makakahabol. Thanks mga Papi

    good luck sir sa plano nyong pag sali sa BBing Competition :)

    Ba try mo na ba bawasan ung bigat sir sa pag DL mo? pag 200lbs at masakit pa rin bawasan mo pa rin. Or pwede siguro mag focus ka na lang sa BB rows at sa iba pang back exercises.

    Or better yet try opting for Trap bar para hindi na stress ang lower back mo for it.

  • bro, what do you mean by ipapalit sa deadlift? PL or BBing contest sasalihan mo? kasi kung PL, kahit gumamit ka ng alternative exercises with less back strain, pagdating ng PL meet, deadlift pa din kelangan mo gawin. kung BBing exercises naman napakadami mong options. ang kelnagn mo malaman is kung anong particular movements and positions and delikado dyan sa likod mo :)

    Bro, hope you have seen a doctor about your injury/condition. Having recovered from lower back injury myself. It would be a good idea to get a doctors opinion, along with an MRI to see what extent the of the injury is. Might consider healing your condition first before any lifting. Bro, once you do serious lower back injury. It takes years to heal without being cut-open. Best wishes Bro cheers
