I'm new. hehe. Hope you'll be kind.
It has been more than 3 years since I stopped working out. I went back to last september since I'll be having my wedding soon. I have gained 3 kgs since then and lost 2 inches off my waist line. Napadpad ako dito while searching for cheap supplements via google.
Dami palang magagandang threads dito full of information.
Ito po personal stats ko at this time.
The Big Three:
Deadlift: 170 lbs x 4
Bench Press: 150 lbs x 4
Squats: 330 lbs x 8
Lahat po on the 4th set.
Here's my photo dipping 2 x 45 lbs. Pasensya na po wala pa akong body shot. Di pa kasi worthy of posting. hehehe

Thanks. Bale 4 years straight (everyday) tapos 2 years off tapos 1 year straight then yung 3 years off
Pero wala akong alam about sa diet nun. I was stronger before but I have to admit na I was on a plateau after the first 2 years. I didn't have any idea on how important diet is. I was eating the "normal" 3x a day diet. Now with the proper diet, I really couldn't feel the soreness that I felt before. Pero di pa ako nakasubok ng supplements. Plano ko magumpisa ngayon. Kaya napadpad ako dito.

Hindi po. Lions Gym po yan. 2 years pa lang yata sila nagooperate.

Daming beaches sa samal island. Depende kung saan destination mo. Pero yung mga sikat (blue jazz, paradise island, etc) bale less than 10 minute boat ride lang. Pero from my Hotel to the boat ride, mga 30minutes na byahe. OA kasi ang bagong city ordinance 30kph ang speed limit.

Thanks, pero nakalimutan ko palang isulat na sa smith yan. Di ko siguro kaya kung free weights. Wala kasing squat rack or cage dyan na gym. Dito muna ako kasi mura.

Thank you. Btw, ako lang pala gumawa ng dip belt ko. Walang bentang dip belt dito kaya diy lang.
