    tip lapag mo muna kutsara tas on mo scale para kasama weight ng kutsara sa scale na mag reread na 0 pag inangat mo yung kutsara mag nenegative reading non para pag nilagay mo yung crea yung crea lang babasahin nya hindi kasama yung kutsara

    kay P.H.U.L bb presses, tas kay P.H.A.T more on db presses naman.

    extended rest day ko ngaun because of DOMS from last wednesday wo.

    thanks, habit ko na kasi brah tuwing pagkagising pa lang
    na mag-stretching, push up(pero wlang nasa ilalim), some db-exercise.
    parang kotse lang, pinapainit mo muna makina bago mo paandarin. hehehe
