Hi guys.
kwento ko lang po why po ako nag start mag work out. :sport:
it started po last year my weight reaches about 140 lbs(63.5029kg) yung normal po is 130 lbs(58.967kg) but then may tummy is not that much eye catching. hmm i decided to control my diet which include not to eat rice sa gabi then substitute ko cereal in 3 months time i got back my normal weight around 127 - 132 lbs. 5 months ago my friend called me taythen touched my belly :arghh: asar ako dun pero di ko n lang pinahalata. after that i check my weight nasa 161 lbs(73kg) grabe nabigla ako na ganon na pala timbang ko which i didn't notice dahil siguro sa lifestyle na malakas mag softdrinks kada game ng dota soda break tapos junk foods. around 600ml of soda per day po ata consumption ko. then i decided na medyo magpa condition muna bago mag work out. to my curiosity i measure also my belly its around 36" hehehe. 4 months ago inunti unti ko ang pag layo sa dota tapos yung softdrinks dahan dahan ko tinanngal then inayos ko na din yung sleeping habit ko.
eventually after ng mga preparation nag start na ako mag work out on July 18, 2013
saka po isang reason bakit nag decide ako mag work out dahil may crush ako sa school namin na klasmate ko hehehe. pangit kc tingnan malaki tyan ko that time parang bean shape po baka isipin may anak nako kahit single pa. motivated because of her. kahit ano mangyari good/bad sa amin atleast positive sa body ko.
PS* im 23 yrs old nag aaral p din kasi pasaway :twitcy:

Belly : (33") last time na sinukat ko
*I'm feeling okay with my weight now and my tummy po dati parang bean ngayon parang bilugin.

And don't train seven days a week bro, even people who are ON don't do that, you need to recover and rest, growth happens outside of the gym and not inside of it.
*quaker oats sir. ngayon palang ako nag start. 6 days ko normal lang sir pero wala lang kanin. papak lang minsan kamote, saging at iba pang prutas.
nakowwbro mag ka height lang tayo tas 144lbs ka saka mo na intindihin yung tiyan mo pag nawala yan baka pumalo ka ng 120 nyan at mag mukha kang buto't balat, suggest ko bulk up ka muna para may lean mass katawan mo when you cut atleast di ka mag mumukhang "unhealthy" after you cut.
OP mahirap mamangka sa dalawang ilog. Mamili ka ng isa muna. You cannot serve two masters at the same time.

salamat sa mga advises sir and i take it seriously yung mga suggestion nyo po. d ko po kasi alam kung tama yung mga pinag ggawa ko.

breakfast:
5 whole eggs
1 bowl of oats (uncooked)
1 apple
Snack:
1 scoop whey protein
peanut butter jelly sandwich (pls use skippy and smuckers for maximum GAINZZZ)
Lunch
PM2 sa mang inasal (rice all you can)
ayan, medyo malinaw ba? tapos pinaka mahalaga is magbuhat ka regularly, go hard and heavy lagi. dont worry about your gut, usually pag bago ka mas madali maglose ng fat basta regular ka nag woworkout kasi hindi sanay yung katawan mo mapagod. matulog ka din ng mahaba... ok? good luck bro
nice sir. yup regular po ako mag work out.. starting for now di ko muna iwoworry ung about sa food as you said.
saka sir i download apps in google na jucy work out to track my progress sa pag woworkout.
