Hi to each and everyone, been working out for sometime now...goal is to ripped my body started as 183 lbs and current is 154 lbs. The reason why i joined this forum is to be motivated, share experience and learn from the community. Thanks a lot.

Ilang months ang cutting?
Started dropping weight actually after our Annual Physical Exam Oct...im overweight..then the next month December was holiday season (food and drinks which no one can resist) gained weight again..so the real dropping of weight started mid feb where in as much as i could i do jogging, running and sprinting 2 to 3 times a week early morn and after work..got to take advantage of my area since Legazpi Park is very accessible from my place...from that got some officemates which are gym rats..and asked if i could join them..and thats it..its the start of the beginning..I could say its a quality drop since i still do cardio, eat right and work my ass of the gym.. though may take years for the so called "Pay Offs" but im on it... slowly achieving that GOAL.
