Glad to be part of this Forum.Gusto ko lng po mag ask sa mga experts dto kung anung okay na mga brands for supplements.
balak ko kc mag dagdag ng supplements sa current stack ko. going to use for bulking purpose.
ectomorph po pla ako. hanap ko po kc yung sulit po at subok na. looking forward po sa expertise ng mga tao dto. thank you in advance.

current stack:
1.ON GS
2.Dymatize mono creatine

Looking forward to add.
3. Fishoil
4. Multi vitamins
5. BCAA

    welcome! if you ask me, your current stack is already okay for bulking. if you are eating properly in a day whey and crea is enough for you to achieve what you want. if you are thinking na mas mabilis kang lalaki kung magdadag ka pa ng other fancy supplements then think again. it takes time to build quality mass and theres no shortcut. save your money for food and for your gym fees! cheers!

    thank you boss sa fast reply. bigla ako napaicip sa sinabi mo sir. totoo sinabi mo prang naicip ko na short cut ung mga un. hehe salamat ulitthanks pla mga brad sa pag welcome. one more follow up question. Kung my extra naman ako na budget pra sa tatlo anu pinaka okay na iadd Fish oil, BCAA , or Multivit ?.

    @pinoytitan mag 2 years na po. mga 1year jui jitsu then lipat to MMA on and off po dahil sa working schedule. now puro buhat lng wala masyado training.

    @ pats - west service rd ako bro. sa BAMF mma po ako nag training.kumpleto po dun. wrestling, BJJ, MMA, boxing at muay thai.

    @dalton - okay brad yan yaw yan pag sinipa mo kaaway mo bka mahati sa gitna hehe. iba tlga pag meron kang knowledge sa self defense.
