i am currently reading the PDF file of lyle mcdo on keto diet. ive decided to use the CKD. So im here to ask you guys some questions regarding CKD. I currently want to cut at a decent body fat (not necessarily 6pack type of body fat) ust enough, then bulk up to 200lbs :Pthese are my macros, i started today.
180g protien, less than 20g carb, 153g fat total of 2177 calories is this okay?I'm 170lbs btw

may decent mass kana ba to start CKD? i mean your 170 lbs and what bf% ?
And yea kakabasa ko lang sa bb.com masama daw mag whey protein kung hindi post workout? causes insulin spike? considering im using On 100% Whey which has only about 2-3g of carbs, yung whey daw sa sobrang fast acting nagcacause daw ng insulin spike even though mostly protein naman sya. Gumulo lalo langyang bb.com

and yang sinasabi mong clean bulk to 200lbs. theres no such thing as clean bulk, youl need as much as calories,fats and carbs in bulking. but you can try it naman besides iba iba tayo ng katawan,

And btw do you still monitor the time that you eat? or do you eat lang when you feel hungry? ofcourse still targeting your macros for the day.
