Greetings from a newbie
Hi,
I'm new to this forum and im trying to get back in shape. Unfortunately, due to my sedentary lifestyle i became obese.
My body type is endomorph, my weight now is 237lbs (from 256 lbs last dec 2012) and bodyfat % = 31. Im working in a call center for almost 6 years and thats where the problem started. Working at graveyard shift, drinking beers in the morning, not enough sleep (due to body clock), Shifting schedule, wrong eating habit (fast food, buffet, unli rice). My blood pressure goes up to 160/120 and diagnosed with pre-diabetes. So i decided to make a lifestyle change.
I started lifting weights again atleast 3 times a week and then cardio workout. I eat wisely. Complex carbs,lean protein and good fats. i watch my calorie intake and i do alot of reasearch from muscleandstrength.com, bodybuilding.com,livestrong. Etc.. My short term goal is to lose 2lbs per week and my target weight is 180 lbs with 10% body fat. Salamat pinoybodybuilding at sana marami pa ako matutunan dito. Pasensya na po sa napakahaba kong introduction at sa aking mga maling grammar. More power pbb![/b]
