Newbie from Makati

in New Member Introductions
Hello brothers I just turned 35 slightly obese but decided to turn my life around for the better. Last December using my 13th month pay I enrolled myself and my wife for a 1 yrs membership at Eclipse gym Malate. Read an article regarding 5x5 on one of the forum threads and got hooked. Started training with a PT December 21, 2012 and we finished Feb1. I was initially doing 5x5 but switch to All Pro from bb.com. I'm now on cycle 1 week 4 and so far followed the program religiously.

I hope to gain precious knowledge regarding body building and get a change to share these to my fellow forumers as well. Cheers!

    Thank you sir!

    So far me and my wife enjoys our work outs at Eclipse. Chose this gym for the power racks as almost all of my routine involves free weights.

    @milksworth Hindi naman sir actually the 1 year membership is the cheapest rate they offer compared to their monthly rate.
