    Update for today.

    Squats - 95lbs
    Bench Press - 95 lbs
    Barbell Row - 95 lbs

    getting stronger everytime sarap ng feeling ng pabigat na nang pabigat someday makakalayo rin ako.

    So after 1 week of training and diet i decided to post a picture sana may progress. pasintabi sa mga kumakain lol. Fat galore pics.

    You only lost 2lbs but there's a significant difference especially in the gut area.

    You can definitely improve more in your squats since you should be able to lift more in squats than bench press.

    salamat sir mighty :yahoo: yes sir i will increment my squat and add 10lbs instead of 5 on my next training day. slowly but surely i can do this. salamat sa pbb family for inspiration and motivation.

    Where do you train? Wag ka mag alangan mag add ng weight sa squats. Siguro ako nag aalangan ka lang. Your legs are stronger than your arms.

    gymnetics po ako sa may san mateo. ito po kasi pinaka malapit na gym samin. uu nga po eh feeling ko kaya ko pa dagdagan sinusunod ko lang talaga yung program na wag biglain.

    baka po next month maka lipat ako sa golds gym katipunan hirap po ksi dito walang power rack. kaya nilalagay ko yung barbell sa dipping machine hand rail lol.

    no gym for today, instead went to grocery to buy some food stock for this week. chicken breast fillet and bunch of mixed vegetables.

    bad trip napakain ako ng pizza... hahahaha hindi ko natiis sa S&R kasi kami namili.

    tomorrow will be a buhat monday. good night pbb family.

    sir stick with the 5lbs increase ng squat. Bibigat at bibigat din yan eventually pramis. Sa una ganyan din naisip ko pero sinundan ko lang. :)

    Update for today.

    Squats - 110 lbs
    Bench Press - 100 lbs
    Barbell Row - 100 lbs

    then cardio for 15 minutes

    Meal

    Lunch

    gisadong gulay
    steam chicken breast
    half cup of brown rice

    naka tung tong narin sa 100 lbs lol.
    sana maka pag gym ako sa friday i will be on bora tomorrow till sunday. kaya hanap ako gym dun para sa friday workout ko. lol

    i miss PBB. Just got home from my bora trip. sunog hahaha. but still no excuse i had to find some near gym sa aklan buti meron.

    squats - 115 lbs
    overhead press - 75 lbs nag fail pa ko sa last rep ng last set ko 4 lang nagawa ko kaasar.
    deadlift - 120 lbs

    mga master nag karoon na ba kyo ng time na sumakit yung gilid ng tuhod nyo? sakin ksi ganun pag nag squats ako at nasa pinaka baba na ko may kirot siya.

    nga pala 1 of my photo during my vacation natuwa lang kasi ako parang humuhugis na yung shoulder ko hihihi.

    Sir try recording yourself po para malaman ng mga master natin dito kung saan ka nagkakamali.

    mga master i decided to take a crappy video to simulate how i do my squats. last work out ko kasi sumakit yung gilid ng knee ko just wondering if im doing it correctly. :arghh:

    ah kaya pala.. para sakin ha.. ulitin ko lang yung warning sakin dati ni sir ds, dalton at sir allen.. You are doing half squats based dyan sa vid mo.. Try mo parallel or ATG squat meaning your hips is lower than your knees.

    First pag pababa ka na gamitin mo yung knees mo for initial bending pag almost half ka na then gamitin mo yung hip flexors mo to descend all the way down below knee level..

    Use your most comfortable stance.. remember wag mo ipapasok yung tuhod na paloob ng yagbols area mo. Dapat palayo sa isa't isa . isipin mo na lang di magkakasundo ang tuhod mo during pababa to ATG or parallel.

    On your way up, isipin mo may stopper na palad dun sa taas ng pwet mo sa hips then half way through isipin mo na may tali sa dibdib mo to ascend para vertical squats at wag ma goodmorning ang stance mo.

    Yan ang natutunan ko kay sir ds at mighty during masku workout.. Pinaliwanag ko lang sa wikang tambay hehe

    salamat sir uu enjoy ang bora trip maraming pang nakunan yung makasalanan kung camera. parang hang over na movie nangyari samin dun lol kinabukasan ko nalang nasilip mga pictures kasi na low batt na.

    Here is my 3 weeks picture progress. Sometimes i feel bad for my self and frustrated for 2 weeks my body weight stays at 217lbs. kahit na alam ko na ok lang yun kasi napapalitan ng muscle pero sana nga ganun nang yayari. I'm strict with my diet and i know im below my maintenance calorie per day. hayz.

    Im still targeting the 190 lbs by november this year.

    NIce progress! Kita yung changes sa arms and delts. And parang sa tingin ko lumiit ng onti yung chest in terms of fat. Tuloy tuloy lang. :)

    not bad for a three week progress. though to set your mind right once you hit below 200 prolly aroudn the 180s sa timbang things will definitely get tougher.

    my advice is just keep at it what ever you are doing. remember wag madaliin ang progress no matter how little that is progress is still progress. :)
