    Sasabihin ko sana parang mas malaki ka nung enero, pero nasa baba pala yung enero haha.
    May difference naman pero minimal lang siguro kasi 1 month lang pagitan, maganda niyan yung pic mo nung around oct-nov tas compare mo sa feb, laki pinagbagbago niyan I bet.

    Today is a very exhausting and strenuous day for me.
    It feels like I'm on a new dimension filled of chaos.

    But, today I set new personal records on squats and leg press :) haha (still a weakling)

    Since lumipat ako ng gym, minake sure ko na icheck na yung correct form ng squats ko every workout (ATG/Parallel) So balik sa simula and ngayon pa lang nakaka ahon, one by one.

    Yes pafs, i think ok naman yung carbs ko, sa fats lang medyo undecided pa ako kung ano ang mas ok, if equals to carbs or mas mababa.

    tinamaan lang ng LBM pag uwi from Nagsasa, dami nawalang water sa katawan. biglang bagsak timbang, nakaka sama ng loob LOL

  • nag bulk ako using if. i dont count macros nuon honestly, kain lng ako ng kain, 1whole chicken,3rice,3scoops of whey a day, at mga shakes ko, oatmeal +banana+whey+spinach+ etc lol.

    pero mga 3500 calories yan a day for sure,

    So, hindi na pala ganun ka detailed? basta ma reach mo yung 3.5k calories per day using those foods etc ...ok na?

    Medyo nakaka tamad sa totoo lang talaga mag bilang ng macro, pero at least yung sayo pafs tantsado mo naman daily intake mo...

  • kakatamad pag cutting ka na, kase un talaga strict, lalo na sa CKD. dapat kse talaga 25grms carbs below lang ma intake mo, most of your calories sa fats dapat then follow ang protein, sa ckd yan ah.
