Today is a very exhausting and strenuous day for me.
It feels like I'm on a new dimension filled of chaos.
But, today I set new personal records on squats and leg press haha (still a weakling)
Since lumipat ako ng gym, minake sure ko na icheck na yung correct form ng squats ko every workout (ATG/Parallel) So balik sa simula and ngayon pa lang nakaka ahon, one by one.

nag bulk ako using if. i dont count macros nuon honestly, kain lng ako ng kain, 1whole chicken,3rice,3scoops of whey a day, at mga shakes ko, oatmeal +banana+whey+spinach+ etc lol.
kakatamad pag cutting ka na, kase un talaga strict, lalo na sa CKD. dapat kse talaga 25grms carbs below lang ma intake mo, most of your calories sa fats dapat then follow ang protein, sa ckd yan ah.
