since feb pa yata or march i can't remember, nag attempt ako mag cut dati sa IF right ko mag cut sa keto though feeling ko kulang pa din ako sa lean mass so i decided eating within maintenance levels till august then nag bulk ako ng mga 8 week from august till sept then cut na ulit oct till now.
