    2nd week-1st day though medyo late na ung start ko due to despedida party at alis ng misis ko to japan. bawi ako the remaining days of the week.

    Improved my BP lifts by 30lbs. sana by the 4th week return na ko sa dati kong buhat pero di ko pwersahin baka ma-injure.

    Woke up not feeling well, naulanan kahapon hanggang hapon tulog ako. Naglakad lakad ako medyo gumanda pakiramdam ako tas sibat agad sa gym kala ko manghihina ako pero I felt the groove!

    Na bangbus ako insan de joke lang hehehe. As odd as it sounds interview ako nun boss sa company na lilipatan ko sa sobrang busy nya she had to interview me along the way sa meeting nya. Di ko napansin kasi pre occupied ako pagbaba ko dahil bibilhan ko gamit si esmi the day before kasi un ng flight nya. next time insan bawi ako eheheh

    hindi ganyan yung actual unit insan kasi weider yan pero almost the same. Sa robinson's sa festival kame bibili or baka sa starmall. nakita daw kasi ni utol eh chineck nya saka maganda ung plates yung rubberized na din daw naisip ko din bumili para di masyado hassle pag napagsarahan ng gym.

    Ahh... ung marcy na brand maganda din ang pagkakagawa (sturdy enough) nung rack nun at alam ko yun pwede mo gawin squat rack aside from a bench rack. kakabili lang ng officemate ko. un nga mga nasa 10k lang presyo nun
