    ako sir 1 month lang ako bilang ng bilang the rest ball park counting na.. Tapos lista na lang at the end of the day :) para I'm still on the right track hehe.. every week/day kasi possible na magbago ang TDEE dahil sa activies.

    take multi-vitamin consistently, discuss your problems with your family....
