    Woah! wala nga talagang rest ahahaha. punta ka dun sa workout archives, check mo yung programs like 5x5, pwede din check mo yung program ni sean nalewanyj, or you may also research "starting strength" na program. linear ang progressions dun normally sa poundages and novice friendly pa sa mga bagong nagbubuhat. gaano katagal ka usually tumatagal sa gym?

    1 - 2hrs po ang kadalasan po kalimitan talang 1 and a half hour poyung mgasinabing work out dito yun lang din po ang gagawin ko?

    haha tropahin mo na! pili ka dyan routine paps. gayahin mo nalang. if nakukulangan ka sa exercise, bigatan mo nalang. try mo 1hr workout lang tapos intense

    Hmmmm mag Intermittent fasting ka nalang paps instead of warrior diet mas maeenjoy mo yun, pareho din sila halos approach. may artic dito about intermittent fasting basa2x ka na lang then ask away pag may tanong ka.

    mdyo bawasan mo pa paps. 4 sets lang then, rep range is not lower than 7 reps but not greater than 15 reps. though try mo din iestablish ung max poundages mo sa 5reps as in yun super heavy. the choice os exercises though are good enough.

    pag kaya ko pa kasing buhatinnag dadagdag ako same rep..pag mabigat na binibilang ko n lang hanggang saan ko mag pupush.yung sa fst-7 ko ng pec 15reps din po.. so ang kailangan ko talaga ay bigatan at medyo babaan ang reps?

    Yep that will work dapat nde sobra dami reps max is 15 reps kasi normally kung nakakagawa ka na more than 15 reps sign na yun usually na magaan na yung binubuhat mo.

    padahan dahan lang tol sa buhat, wag sobrang bigat agad, it will sacrifice your form leading to cheating and worst injury. at sigurado ako marereach mo agad plateau nyan kapag sobrang bigat agad. imo

    ewan ko ba dyan kay rugged kung san sinasagap ang mga research nya.. wala kasing nag PL sa bicol kaya hindi nya makita first hand.. baka hindi nya alam ang training ng mga PL o kaya max OT..

    di namn po ako agad nag papalaki ng katawan nag babawas lang po ako ng timbang. pag nakuha ko n ang timbang ko dun na ulit ako mag papalaki para may ma cut na :)

    uy manas server din ako. ashram rig-veda. buhay pa ba tantra hanggang ngayun lol dati ang ganda ganda nung larong yun tapos naglabasan na lahat ng bago ahahahay, nostalgia.

    max- in the process of "nagbabawas ng timbang" you will get cut already. you lose fat and if you are not that careful youll be losing lean mass too. lifting heavy will help you to maintain that mass that you are holding. this is why i dont believe with the common notion na pag cutting ka dapat light weight lang ang bubuhatin mo at madaming reps sa isang session. in my opinion, you are just using your energy to burn the calories in your body and doing cardio can do this by itself. clean your diet as much as possible and lift heavy, its that simple. dahil nag ta-taekwon-do ka mas mapapadali ang cutting mo dahil dyan pa lang ubos na energy mo sa buong araw so you need to watch your diet really carefully or else gaya nga ng sabi ko you can lose lean mass with it.

    shivans ka pla tama ba? or brahman? nakalimutan ko na ahaha..
    naalala ko merong mr.know it all sa gym ang turo nya sakin light lang dahil nag babawas ako.. pero na notice ko na bumaba nga timbang ko pero parang nawala yung muscle.. so after a month i do it by my self na mas mabigat pero sabi nga po nila kuya DS dalton at serg masyadong madami pa ang reps ko so need ko pang mas bigatan para mas sulit :D
    and i will do also my clean diet ahh.. :smile:
