Nagustuhan ko po kasi yung isang specific na routine dun.Tanong ko po is pwede po ba mismong yun na yung program ko for a while hangga't hindi na ok ang gains? parang pagkakaintindi ko po kasi eh parang continuous yung workout routines. parang ifofollow mo siya per week. (yung bawat routine na nakalagay dun)
Yung goal ko po na physique eh yung hindi masyado malaki and muscular legs. yung hindi po pang olympics.
Ang weak ko. I still haven't seen any changes/transformation in my body, but i will not stop.

Hi guys I have a question. Mauubos na ang Mega Mass 4000 ko. Ok po ba ang whey protein as substitute? Pandagdag calories din po sana kasi. I weighed 64kg today from 60kg last 2 weeks.
As protein source yes, as calorie supplement? no, whey normally only has 100-150 calories per serving unlike gainers that has calories ranging from 800-1500 calories in one serving. Here is a suggestion though, you may opt to switch to whey protein as a protein supplement get the rest of your calorie needs from solid food instead.

Actually gusto ko nga po sana solid foods since student palang me and may kamahalan ang supplements. Pero iniisip ko kasi pandagdag din yung supplements.
Hmmm... you can add cheese or nut in your diet you know as a protein/dietary fat source as well. Just saying hehehe ilang calories inaabot nyang buong meal plan mo sir?

kawawa siguro yan paa ni JBJ pag pinagsisipa ni Jose Aldo. haha. lalaki rin legs niyan, pag nagmove na siya sa Heavyweight, yung tipong 30-40lbs na yung kina-cut niya para lang umabot sa 205, magsasawa yan sa kaka-cut. haha.
Di ko alam kung may mali sa ginagawa ko. Pero hindi ko nakukuha yung gusto kong sakit ng katawan right after workout. Hinahanap hanap ko talaga siya. Though yung poundages na gamit ko eh according dun sa 4-6 reps ng Max-OT.
I really don't feel sore compared dun sa 3x12 na program ko dati. Di ko alam kung ano dapat ko ireact. Mindset ko kasi pag sumakit ang katawan ko ibig sabihin effective nagawa ko sa gym. Haha. There is no need to worry nor lose hope fafs. Nobody got big overnight so just keep at it and be consistent sa lahat (traininng, diet and rest) lalaki ka din eventually.
