    May tanong po ako regarding Max-OT.
    Nagustuhan ko po kasi yung isang specific na routine dun.Tanong ko po is pwede po ba mismong yun na yung program ko for a while hangga't hindi na ok ang gains? parang pagkakaintindi ko po kasi eh parang continuous yung workout routines. parang ifofollow mo siya per week. (yung bawat routine na nakalagay dun)

    Yung goal ko po na physique eh yung hindi masyado malaki and muscular legs. yung hindi po pang olympics.

    BACK AND BICEPS DAY:

    Barbell Rows 50lbs 1x6
    Lat Pull Down 55lbs 1x6
    T-Bar 40lbs 1x5
    Pull-ups BW x2

    Alternate Dumbbell Curls 15lbs 1x6
    Barbell Curls 20lbs 1x6
    Incline Curls 15 1x6
    Concentration Curls 20 lbs 1x6

    Ang weak ko. I still haven't seen any changes/transformation in my body, but i will not stop.
    Tanong ko lang po. After doing this work out. (First time ko mag Max-OT approach) After ng workout ko, hindi po gaano masakit yung worked out parts ko unlike sa dati kong work out. Dunno if i'm doing something wrong.

    Meal 1: 1 canned tuna + 2 eggs + 2 rice + 1 serving ng milk
    Meal 2: 100g of Peanuts + Watermelon shake with 1 scoop of whey + 1 slice of chocolate cake
    Meal 3: 1 canned tuna + 1 egg + 2 1/2 rice
    Meal 4: 1 Lucky Me Noodles + 1 egg + 1 serving Mega Mass 4000
    Meal 5: 1 hotdog + 1 chicken wing + 1 rice + handful of boiled peanuts

    Initial weight: 60 kg
    Week 2 weight: 62 kg

    EDIT: May napansin pala ako. Need nga pala 6-9 sets per muscle group. kulang ako. haha. Any suggestions?

    Hi guys I have a question. Mauubos na ang Mega Mass 4000 ko. Ok po ba ang whey protein as substitute? Pandagdag calories din po sana kasi. I weighed 64kg today from 60kg last 2 weeks.

    As protein source yes, as calorie supplement? no, whey normally only has 100-150 calories per serving unlike gainers that has calories ranging from 800-1500 calories in one serving. Here is a suggestion though, you may opt to switch to whey protein as a protein supplement get the rest of your calorie needs from solid food instead. :smile:

    Actually gusto ko nga po sana solid foods since student palang me and may kamahalan ang supplements. Pero iniisip ko kasi pandagdag din yung supplements.

    Hmmm... you can add cheese or nut in your diet you know as a protein/dietary fat source as well. Just saying hehehe ilang calories inaabot nyang buong meal plan mo sir?

    onga pala im taking fishoil din. 1g per day. di ko alam kung tama. hahaha. Also, bakit po sobrang suggested mag squats and/or compound exercises?

    kasi compound exercises employs (tama ba ang term?) many muscle groups during execution, also since you will be able to carry more weight than doing isolations, it will actually signal your body to produce more growth hormone during sleep because of the heavy weight you tried to lift during workout.

    kawawa siguro yan paa ni JBJ pag pinagsisipa ni Jose Aldo. haha. lalaki rin legs niyan, pag nagmove na siya sa Heavyweight, yung tipong 30-40lbs na yung kina-cut niya para lang umabot sa 205, magsasawa yan sa kaka-cut. haha. :smile:

    Di ko alam kung may mali sa ginagawa ko. Pero hindi ko nakukuha yung gusto kong sakit ng katawan right after workout. Hinahanap hanap ko talaga siya. Though yung poundages na gamit ko eh according dun sa 4-6 reps ng Max-OT.

    Maybe it's not heavy enough. In my experience, pagtapos ko kahit saglit lang ako sa gym drained ako.

    Meal 3: 2 Lucky me Pancit Canton + 1 1/2 rice
    Meal 4: 2 Peanut Butter Sandwich + Whey
    Meal 5: 2 Century Tuna Hotdog + 1 Egg + 2 rice + Milk

    Still no visual gains. As per strength meron naman. Don't lose hope!

    There is no need to worry nor lose hope fafs. Nobody got big overnight so just keep at it and be consistent sa lahat (traininng, diet and rest) lalaki ka din eventually. :smile:

    Mga master tanong po ulit. Balak ko po bumili ng Promatrix 7 whey since nagtitipid at gagawin ko po siyang weight gainer using the ff:

    4 tbsps of Oatmeal
    6 tsps of Powdered Milk
    2 tbsps of Peanut Butter
    1 serving of Promatrix 7
    1 banana
    1 cup of water

    Ano po suggestions/comments niyo?

    PM7 lang gastos ko kasi dyan. Tapos yung iba e di naman ako nag ggrocery eh. Hahaha. Kaya ililista ko lang para bilhin. Ilang gamitan po ba yung Serious Mass na 12lbs? Once a day lang po kasi ako mag ganun.. :blush:
