Emotionally and Mentally stressed lol. I thought kaya ibuhos lahat sa gym, but not today. Tapos parang nagugutom pa ko kahit kumain naman ako ng usual pre-wo meal ko. I'm really not feeling good. Tititigil ko na sana workout, pero naalala ko si CT Fletcher.. "IT'S YOUR MOTHAFUCKING SET!!!" No Pain, No Gain!

Kala ko nga di ko matatapos yung wo e, tapos nung mga huli 10lbs DB na lang gamit ko pakiramdam ko 30lbs hahahaha
pag ang basis natin lagi ng improvement for bulk/cut is yung mga tiyan natin maliligaw lahat ng landas. kung ang goal din lang ay abs or lumiit ang tiyan, umpisa pa lang ligaw na. look at the improvements you made overall, compare now and before tapos tsaka ka magdecide kung may narating ka. compare mo weight, BF, strength, performance, definition, endurance and behaviour etc...

Hindi brah medjo matagal na yan, more than 2 months na siguro.
Inadopt ko lang yung style ni vinch brah after nung magkasabay kami sa rainforest.
