    Ang daming tao sa gym, nung nakita kong bakante yung bench set-up na agad ako dun hindi na nakapag bike.
    Dun na ko nag warm-up sa tabi ng bench. Kulang na lang lagyan ko karatula "Spot Taken" lol

    Tapos na ang last meal of the day ko!(4:00AM)
    1 sccop PM7 + 1 scoop milk + 2 soops oats
    15php taho
    1 pack tiger biscuits
    1 cup milo (libre sa office e haha)

    12 or 1am na sunod na kain ko nito since rest day ko at preparation para mabuo pa din yung 16hrs na fasting the next day. Ater shift na kasi ako mag eensayo.
    Sana kayanin ko ang 19-20hrs na fast hehe.

    Boss Allen, same lang ba ang calorie intake mo sa buong linggo o iba pag rest at training day? Tsaka parang di maganda ang 19-20 hours na fasting pag bulk, may na aalala akong post ni Berkhan regarding sa protein synthesis. Mas pabor ata ang protein synthesis sa 8 hour feeding time kesa sa extra growth hormone na makukuha sa extended fast.

    Hmmm pag Wed lang yang 19-20hrs na fast kasi magiiba ang wo schedule ko for Thur and Fri and last option ko mag extend ng fast para mabuo pa din yung 8hr feeding window then 16hr fast ulit sa mga susunod na araw.
    Hindi ko pa nga din nabasa lahat yung mga idea niya. Medyo paiba iba kasi mangyayari sa sched ko per day within the week siyempre dahil na din sa work / life / workout schedule hehe.

    Basta tinatry ko buoin yung 16hrs na fasting tapos 8hr na feeding.
    dalawang workout ko pumasok sa fasted stated, yung dalawa pa pumasok sa fed state

    So if you came out with 2000kCal from your calculation, then make a T-Day 2400kCal and R-Day 1600kCal.

    ‘Slow-Bulking’: So you are already very lean and looking to do a bulk? (Skip to Step 5 if it’s irrelevant to you, because I go into a little more detail here.)

    If you are new to leangains I would highly recommend that you do ‘body-recomposition’ macros (or slightly less) for the month first while you adjust to the system. This way you will keep your abs and have a base-line for increasing your macros after. Once you’ve done that, try the advice below.

    If you have already used leangains to get lean then you’re in a perfect situation to try this.

    The key to keeping abs with slow bulking is quite simple, make sure you have enough of deficit on your rest-day so that you burn the stored fat* from the training day.

    Your numbers might look something like 1800kCal and 2800kCal. (+40%/-10%kCal)

    sa example nya na 2000kCal,eto ba yung maintenance calories o bulking calories? sa perception ko, bulking calories ito?

    also, dapat ba may total excess calories target din per week?

    kasi iniisip ko yung conventional bulking diet, example 500 cals excess per day, sa loob ng 1 week, merong 3500cals excess in total.

    kung sa body recomp, kung 3 times a day ang exercise at +500 during training days, tapos -500 during rest day, lalabas na total of 500 calories deficit per week.

    I guess may mali sa understanding ko dito sa body recomp? I want to try other diets din kasi. Thanks

    Di ako sigurado kung pareho ang body recomposition sa leangains IF,
    Bale yung Leangains IF kasi ginagawa ko.
    16hrs fasting, 8hrs fasting, daily, tpos fasted training yung iba. Pero mas maganda lahat ng ensayo sa fasted state papasok kaso hindi pasok sa sked ko.
    Tapos since bulking nga ako, calories excess pa din, bale kinukuha ko macros ko sa loob ng feeding window ko. Medjo mas mababa lang ng konti kapag rest day.

    2nd week ko pa lang kaya medjo hindi ko pa din kabisado ito hehe. But we'll see. :)
