    haha di ko kasi alam kung nagagawa ko ba yan during squats.

    hahah sabi ko sa inyo sir winner ang hip drive! lumakas ako ng di maintindihan without stress sa tuhod o kung saan man.. kahit sa singit ko nun dati nasakit pag binubukaka dahil feeling ko first few lifts ko eh todo bukaka feeling chiks.

    Ngayon sarap na sarap na ko parang pang valentines hahah

    ahhh, ganyan din ako magsquats mid wide stance tas parang una ineengage yung hips sa pag akyat, may tama nga sya sa abs and lower back. kala ko dati mali yan eh wahaha. pero pinacheck ko naman sa trainor sa eclipse okay naman daw wag lang masyado mag lean forward lolz

    @jettie preview post ka muna tas may embed option sa may upper right ng box dun. hehe

    actually kaya ko nasabi na parang nasusubsob kasi parang nagroroll ung bar mo pataas sa batok mo nung sa maximus pero overall ok naman yung form mo hehehe
