Ito ang current training schedule ko
Monday - training from 10AM to 11AM, office work from 1PM to 10PM
Tuesday - office work from 7AM to 4PM
Wednesday - office work from 7AM to 4PM, master studies from 6PM to 9PM
Thursday - office work from 7AM to 4PM
Friday - training from 10AM to 11AM, rest day from work
Saturday - master studies from 8AM to 2PM, rest day from work
Sunday - office work from 9AM to 10PM
Ang problem ko po kasi ay yung sa training on Monday. Ang tulog ko during the night 5 to 6 hours lang kasi I have to go to work early on Tuesday
Ang alam ko po kasi, muscle repair is at its best when we are asleep. Ayon sa mga nabasa ko, 7 to 8 hours of sleep ang kailangan
Iniisip ko na sa Tuesday evening na lang mag-training para ang makakuha ako ng maayos na tulog. Ang problema ko naman po ay 5 to 6 hours lang ang tulog ko the day before my training
Any suggestions for better alternatives ?

@NRG.basta walang istorbo yung tulog mong 5 to 6 hrs,ok na yan kesa 8 hrs nga,every hour na gigising ka. Yun nga lang,after workout mo nakaka antok din
depende siguro...just check the one who is most credible.

Hehe yan ang patakaran ko sa TPC eh, once you get a good source of you want to buy some particular items eh you don't need to look and make some duda duda eh when scouting.
Since it is the same as the price for sir mighty or cnc prices eh malay mo mapamura ka nga sa sulit baog naman ang transactions. Hehehe Ya know, it's not the worth ang pagod at hirap pag alam mong kaduda duda o di ka sigurado.
Kung kay sir mighty pa may libre hindot sa maskels dun ka na, napindot ka na nakabili ka pa!
^No such thing as spot reduction, si Belo, Calayan, etc lang ang nakakagawa nun. You lose fat over all. Di pwedeng ma concentrate lang sa isang body part.
