sa pagkaka-intindi ko, you can't gain muscle while cutting, retain lang. you could still increase your strength though while cutting.

Trying to retain as lean muscle mass as much as possible while losing fat is called body recomposition. This will happen also if you're in a deficit. Also, there's no scientific research that proves additional protein loading is beneficial in gaining muscle mass.
You'd be surpirsed how skinny you would look like if you wish to drop significant amounts of BF at your weight.

mga papsi help nmn po!!! in tried IF for 3 weeks na i loose some weight tlaga 18:6 ang ratio ko.tapos fasted training ako nag bubuhat ako ng 9am. kaso naun di kuna mgagawa kc may pasok na ako sa gabi aral ulit takte di kuna kaya mag IF di tlga di shoot sa sked ku ang ang eating window ku kc is from 12 to 6 ..e may pasok na ako at naalis ako sa bahay ng 3pm tapos mkaka uwi ako mga 11pm na..so ang kain n gingwa ku is 12nn tapos 2.30pm twice nlng ako nkaka kain pag uwi mga 11 talagang gutom na gutom ako nkain nlng ako ng tinapay at whey...ang plano ko naun is mag bulk nlang 165lbs nlng ako naun e from 173lbs kya ako ng IF para lumiit mid section ko..e hirap na sa sked ku kya plan ku is mag bulk nlang at ggwin ku kakain ako ng kakain wala na akung susundin na eating window basta gutom ako kakain ako tapos mag weight gainer na ako mga 190lbs cguro bago mag cut ill accept na ulit na lalaki tlga tyan ko while bulking..any suggestion po kung tama lng na kain lng ako ng kain pag gutom oh my susundin padin ako na time frame kunyare every 2hrs dapat kakain???and ok b n mag weight gainer ako instead na whey..SALAMAT PO SA MAG BABASA AT MAG REREPLY

bulk lang hangang kuntento ka na sa lapad mo. tandaan mo lalaki talaga tyan mo sa bulk dapat compensate mo sa training mo make it intense.. goodluck!
sa lahat nag IF diet the best pa rin mag bulk muna bago mag IF mas effective.. kung payat ka tapos IF ka medyo matagal ang results.. hindi pa ako tapos sa research ko pero yun muna..
