    MGA sir papadalhan kc ko ng ninang ko from dubai ng whey, ang pinabili ko sa kanya ON gold standard .. tinag nya ung pic sa fb then nakita ko BSN SYNTHA-6 AND ON, ANG price ni on kung i convert d2 2,9k ang syntha 6 naman 2.2k eh nkakahiya naman kasi . sinabe ko sa kanya kahit anu nalang sa dalawa kasi may shoes pa siya na papadala sakin . kaya kung syntha -6 nalang mas mura . ok ba ? kaso nakita ko mababa servings.

    ah ok, sakin kasi i'm usually depleted after workout so i make sure i replenish ung vits and minerals na nadeplete ko to function properly during the day. saka i've read that after workout is the time that our body cries for nourishment so why wait di ba?

    both, though ang vitamins ng egg is nasa yolk.

    me, i don't shy away w/ the yolk, that's where i get my dietary fat hehehe. very konti lang naman saturated fat ng egg so why remove it, saka andun ang lasa sa yolk eh hehe.

    Sumasakit pa rin yung batok ko kapag nagtratraps ako, kapag kinain ko minsan sa isang araw 2 boiled eggs(whole).

    hehehe... dahil sa itlog kaya yun? ako kasi 4-5 eggs / day nararamdaman ko lang yung effect (hilo) pag idle ako pero during workout ala naman

    @toys nope, at the very least not in my case, heck i can even chow down 6 in one sitting w/ no problems though i definitely drinks lots of water while stuffing my face w/ eggs, in fact i even fry minimum of 4 eggs in one sitting pag kakain.

    same with ds. i can eat 10 eggs a day with 6 yolks without a problem. o dont feel anything unusual bukod sa naduduwal na sa suya sa lasa at texture.

    yun lang ang prob if you eat lots of eggs, the "suya" factor hehehe. thats why I drink lots of water whole eating them.

    nope. sanay ako, and alam ko diyan papasok si fish oil / flaxseed. pampababa ng cholesterol or bp, ewan ko, lol.

    basta ako hindi ako nag sasawa sa manok at itlog. lol

    ang alam ko na isang tulong pa ni flaxseed is para sa joints.

    LOL! 'The suya factor! haha... minsan lasang clay na ang dating sakin pag busong pa tas kakain ng 1-2whole eggs per meal pero pag gutom sobrang sarap naman
