  • did some squats and deadlift today.. medyo pagod ako since nagbasketball ako kagabi and magbabasketball ulit ako mamaya  squat 280lbs = 7 reps 3 sets 300lbs= 2 reps 3 sets deadlift 0lbs - 250lbs add lang ako ng add ng 10lbs until maka 250lbs 5reps…
  • Thanks sa warm welcome mga sir. I enjoy powerlifting kasi since my brother is part of the national team ng power lifting. Kaya naengganyo ako haha! Goal ko din right now is to lose yung love handles ko. Hirap eh kahit caloric deficit na.
