check form sir. ako dati neglected ko ang excercise na yan kasi parang mali form ko. pero masarap talaga siya sa upper chest without flyes i i feel incomplete talaga chest day haha

burnt out na sir. sumasakit na din right portion ng back ko just a few inches from my shoulder. and ang left wrist ko parang tinusok tusok ng pin. so far wala na yung sakit sa likod pero sa wrist minimal nalang a week after resting so far happy nama…

up! 40+mins workout shoulder and triceps. had to do it quick as fast as i can without compromising the the poundage. ma lalate nako sa work!! NTE nanaman my ghaad! haha BTW galing pala ako 1 week lay off from lifting sarap ng pakiramdam refreshed…
