  • Thanks also to Ds & Jettie..........It's really good to be back in circulation. I was in the gym the other day like I said alalay lang muna. I tried doing some squats w/ two 45 plates and felt good, so hopefully magtuloy tuloy na ulit.

  • Kamusta na mga kabakal..Finally back to the game na naman..mild sciatica lang yong nakadale sa kin, so pain reliever, muscle relaxant at stretches lang ang katapat, thank God no serious injuries. Doing it slowly right now.
