siguro yung Bodyfat % ngaun is nasa mga 10% or less or maybe im wrong. pero sa situation mo ngaun kailangan mo recomposition. Try bulking sa ngayun like 3 weeks and then cut tapos ang workout nyu po is more on STRENTGH like 5x5 para Muscle mass.
