    Bakit ang dami kong nababasa kung kelan nakabili na sila ng supplement saka sila magtatanong kung paano o ilan ang pagtake nun?

    Sa totoo lang i find those amino tabs useless lolSa pag kaka alam ko an amino tab is just like whey protein in tablet form (correct me if im wrong), so usually 2g of protein(mix of leucine arginine bcaa's blablabla) per tab ang amino 2222 ng O.N. so you need to down 12 tabs for it to equate to a scoop of O.N. Whey powder, and the size of that fekkeng pill ohlord

    ^i would agree kung bcaa pa sinabi mo. pananaw mo sa iyo yun at baka hindi nag work sa iyo. kaya i will respect your opinion.

    as for amino acid blends hindi lahat nang amino acids nakukuha natin or nag sta-stay sa system natin on a daily basis sa mga nakakain natin sa meals or sa powdered protein

    this is one supp (or bcaa) that i use if i train consistently since mapili ako sa mga pagkain kaya hindi lahat nakukuha ko..

    kaya nga supplement, para madagdagan yung mga kakulangan na kailangan mo kapag actively ka nagbubuhat or any active lifestyle that compromises your amino intakes.

    hindi mo mararamdam ang effects nang amino acids (like fish oils, bcaa, etc. etc. except pre-wo supps)

    again, i speak for myself based on experience... nasubukan ko to take and not take amino acids during my training... this is my personal preference instead of taking protein powders.



    as for the OP - hindi pa ba sapat sayo yung naka sulat na dosage or direction sa likod nang label? gusto mo pa may mag back up sa mga nababasa mo.

    so kung may mag sabi na:
    Take 4 tabs exactly 20 minutes upon waking up together with your protein shake
    Take 4 tabs exactly 1 hour before your workout together with creatine and your pre workout drink
    Take 4 tabs exactly 1 hour after your workout together with your post workout drink, glutamine and meal
    Take 4 tabs 1 exactly 1 hour before you sleep together with your mass protein shake

    susundin mo din yun? tsk tsk!

    sir im 100% newbie kaya pag pa sensyahan nyo na ung tanong ko,ang gusto ko lang kasi malaman sir kung ilan or anong oras i tatake galing sa inyo mga sir... gusto ko kasi maramdaman ung kalinga ng tunay na instructors na nagtuturo ng tamang nutrition diets workout and supplements, so regards dun sa tanong ko sir pag pasensyahan nyo na po, gusto ko lang lumawak ang aking kaalaman sa pinipili kong libangan, or actually propesyon na nga para sakin eh,gusto ko talaga ang ginagawa ko sir, salamat po

    Though nag tatake padin ako but i use the dyma brand, wala namang mawawala mura lag naman kase ito.

    OP - since newbie ka palang, why not follow what is recommended sa label niya? Tapos pag may mga gains ka na, consistent intense training, numbers improved, nutrition is spot on, saka ka mag subok nang combination dosage based sa na u utilize ng system mo. Again, sa akin lang yun. Hindi ako guru o nag guguru-guruhan.

    nakalagay boss eh consume 2 tablets before meal,and again before and after training,so 8 tablets tama ba boss?

    ^my bad... didnt read the label of this product.

    afaik the usual recommended dosage of these supps are based on a 200lb active user. it would be quite tedious dissecting how many mg per amino vs pound/kg of weight (you can google it for more detailed info)

    for noobs (which i was before and lots of my ex clients).. provided your macros are sufficient with your goals and training, i would say take 2 tabs before any meal and 2 tabs pwo... as you increase weight (lean muscle mass) and intensity of training, you can increase dosage and spread it during the day.

    again, if youre getting enough source of amino acids from real foods, no need to super increase the intake of the amino supplement. i maybe wrong... just maybe.
