it depends. kung gusto mo mag workout ng mag workout for a long duration of time it doesnt matter kasi di ka ma buburn out as long as you eat right and rest right compared sa walang karga. thats the power of the sith! lol!
hmmm.... walang gear na pantanggal ng taba actually. you use gear to maintain your mass when you are dieting/cutting. but it wont help you shed fat. another thing to take note when using gear to cut is you must use one na hindi malakas mag retain ng water o mag aromatize.
kung successful ang cutting mo using what ever gear you like then dito na papasok ang finishing touch and this involves a common water based gear that is called stanozolol. this gear is commonly used to harden or tighten the muscle to give the solid cut look if you are trying to compete or for what ever purpose you like.
i hope nalinawan kayo with some of the cutting and bulking side of using gear.
@monch - originally yung 2 weeks na yan ay nag babawas ako ng carbs at sodium with extra cardio. pero sa darating na mga araw mapipilitan ako mag dagdag ulit ng timbang kasi may event akong pupuntahan sa august and i need mass for that particular event. dibale pag tapos nun balik ako ulit sa cutting plan ko.

just got back from the gym and had a great time killing my "back" lol! i feel my muscles are getting tight maybe due to water retention. but it feels good man!
just bought scivation novem pre workout sup. will try later if it works better than jack3d. sayang naubusan ng MP assault kanina yun sana bilhin ko. pero ive read good reviews from novem. hope it will do something this time.
yup i think its scivations newest pre-wo sup. just got back from the gym hit my arms and it was great. about novem, i took 3 scoops 30 mins before i hit arms. focus, energy, and pump is good as good as jack3d but without the tingling feeling. im going to try 4 scoops on thursday and see if its as good or even better than jack3d. naiinis lang ako kasi lugi ako sa mga pre wo sups kasi i need to take triple even quadruple of the serving amount para lang maramdaman ko ang effect. sobrang gastos diba lol!
about my lifts, im still gaining strength right now but my lifts before were decent. heres some of my current lifts using the 5x5 method or just simply heavy lifts.
flat bench: 250lbs 6 reps with spot
incline db press: 100lbs each hand 8 reps with spot
deads: 300lbs 6 reps
lat pulls wide: 230lbs 8 reps
bb curl: 100lbs 10 reps
skull crusher: 100lbs 10 reps
i will not include my shoulder lifts nakaka hiya im so weak with it lol! thats basically my heaviest lifts as of now. im still waiting to hit that 300lbs for 5 reps flat bench again as i have done it before! sarap ng feeling!
^^ ahahahah! totoy pa ako kumpara sa mga gym mates ko. minamani lang yung 100lbs na db press. kaya nga pag nakikita ko sila ginaganahan ako lalo eh. sinasabi ko sa sarili ko mas magiging malaki at malakas ako sa kanila! kaya masarap din mag buhat sa mga hardcore gym eh. madaming motivations!
@ jer - tig 5 plates each side na db. 10lbs each plate. medyo mataba yung handle ng db sa gym namin gawa ng ensayo kaya medyo mahirap controlin.
ikaw nga malakas eh isipin mo na lang wala ka pang gamot na tinatake nyan pero yung mga buhat mo malapit na sa buhat ko yun iba nga pareho na lol. pano na lang pag nag decide ka na gumamit ng special potion lol!
it has been almost 2 months since the first day i created this log and my bulking cycle is almost done. 1 week na lang at mag sisimula naman akong mag try na mag cut at sana palarin kahit konti ay masilayan ko naman ang abs ko lol.
since start of this cycle my weight was 193-195lbs and now i managed to add up 10lbs at least. im not bloated as my past cycle but still have lots of fat in me so muscle definition is quite irrelevant or not that noticeable.
here are some of my recent pics when i woke this morning and tried to practice posing lol! wag nyo na lang tawanan yung iba kasi medyo feeling ako eh alam nyo na medyo nangangarap ahahah!

yes buh i train them every saturday. medyo mahirap lang palakihin pag least favorite mo talaga yung body part. pero dont neglect it kahit papano ay i train mo. talagang comon sa mga pinoy na nag bubuhat yung ganun madalas pinapabayaan ang legs ang katwiran di naman daw nakikita eh pero ang pangit pag naiwan na.@skkin - bata pa tayu dude marami pa tayong pwede gawin at marating! basta palagi lang tayong motivated magagawa natin yan! next, pipilitin kong mag cut hanggang kaya ko.

diba may Gear din para sa Fatloss..?after nila mag Gear sa Bulking eh mag Gear din karamihan sa Diet?

milk diba you're using the same method 5x5, gano kana kalakas now lol kasi ako nag gain talga ako ng strenght dito..
