Milky's Diary

im starting a new log kasi hindi naman for ever akong naka cycle so im leaving my gear cycle log. this will be my regular day to day log if ever na may gusto akong i-post about my self and my progress.

iv'e had a great leg workout earlier, nothing fancy just regular weights but it really gives me hope kapag may bumabati na lumalaki na ang lower body ko ahahah. rest day tomorrow then hitting chest on monday. have a nice weekend everyone!

    teka wala pa akong pinopost na leg shot ah! lol! nakakahiya pa eh. ill give it some time to still grow and ill get a shot. you guys just dont neglect your lower body always remember that ahahaha!

    @monch - yup i cant always stay on. bukod sa hindi maganda sa health (if you dont get off) ay magastos pa.

    im doing volume training with chest tomorrow anyone want to join?

    Haha, tingnan ko. cardio day ko usually ang friday tapos restday ang sat. the rest may work ako and dun ako sa gym ko nagwoworkout. nga pala. meron bang binebentang "cushion grips" (di ko alam kung eto tlga yun hehe) sa mascu? kasi kelngan ko sya para sa squats ko, mdyo machakit ung bar pag mabigat na yung squats eh, mdyo nagagasgas ung batok ku.

    Dumaan ako sa Universal gym kanina, kasi sabi sakin meron daw nun "grips" na klngan ko. yun nga lang napagsarhan ako (KAMOTE!*kamot ulo*:dodgy:) hanggang 7pm lang pala yun pag sunday. heheh

    @DS - yup merong tindang grips sa mascu na sinasabi mo i think its 45-50 pesos pair.

    @Zack - sure. arm day ko tuwing tuesdays get ready for a heavy arm workout lol!

    @jer - paminsan minsan, i try to mix up my workout. i listne to my body kung anong gusto nitong gawin lol.

    para sa lahat - magandang idea yun kita kits tayu lahat sa isang location then hanap tayu ng gym na pwedeng pag ensayuhan for a day. pero kung may gustong dumaan dito s gym samin ok lang din youre all welcome! ahahah!

    naalala ko yung ANIMAL BARBELL CLUB ng Universal nutrition parang ganun kalalabasan natin pag nagkataon. search nyo sa net or you tube yung mga activities nila. tayo ang magsisimula sa pinas ng ganito kung wala pa.
