    anyway sa tanong mo hindi basehan yung reps kung mag b bulk ka or cut yung diet mo main factor dyan.

    wait mo lang mga master natin at bibigyan ka nila ng mas mahabang sagot o detalyado , gtg busy.

    ^^ pwede mo add yung mass gainers sa whey protein para sa daily supp intake mo... focus ka sa totoong pagkain bro. gradual increase ng macro (protein, carb, fat) habang pa intense ng pa intense at pa improve ng pa improve ang lifts. Madami kase ako na encounter na bigla nag increase ng cal intake nila, bigla din taas ng BF nila.

    naku sir medyo mahirap nga mag bulk sa working hours nyo unless naka pwesto lang kayo sa desk ng station. try nyo nalang kumain madalas na naka spread sa buong araw and be consistent sa buhat and being active.

    kung makakapag baon kayo ng mga pagkain saksak sa protina at carbs na sapat.. youll get big din later on...

    madaming mga malalaking BB cops.. sa amerika nga lang :smile:

    lahat tayo may "definitions", natatakpan lang nang high bf%. as for your Q on the workout, imo, ok lang incorporate mo yung excercise na flyes to stretch the pecs. hth! :)

    genes yan kung baga nasa lahi nila kahit ano kainin nyan malaki talaga sila.. pero kung ikaw pumunta ng amerika at parehas kayo kinakain wag mo asahan na lalaki ka kasing laki nila kasi nga nasa lahi nila yan.. parang ganito lang yan pag tumira ka china wag mo asahan na chinito ka na.. hehe

    Yes, pede naman. Basta my appropriate program ka.

    -for bulking you may use ON mass for huge amount of calories and Vitamins.
    -or if hindi naman masyado malaki gusto ma gain and you want to have a shredded muscle you may use Whey protein.
    -or BCAA + Whey protein
    For me, I've been hitting the gym for more than 20 years and ON Mass never. Failed me.

    When I was starting to bulk up.
    My doctor suggested to use ON Serious Mass because I need high calorie intake that I cant have on my daily diet. It also has the essential vitamins and minerals so I feel like taking multivitamins while gaining weight.
