    buh - uu, siguro para hindi totally naka hubad pag nasa gym. parang semi hubad lang para makita yung mga major parts ng katawan lol.

    monch - sana nga noh may perma pump na suplemenet ahahah! kahit 1 day pump lang ok na!

    leg workout went well earlier. di masyadong nahilo o nasuka. got 8 reps with 250lbs on squats (weak sauce) and 10 reps on 680lbs leg press. next leg day on saturday volume naman para sa pump!

    mmmm.... 45lbs 12 plates 35lbs 4 plates koya. na sermonan pa nga ako kanina ng friend ko eh nag lolock out kasi ako sa dulo ng lift hindi ko mapigilan sa sobrang gigil ahahah!

    for the newbies:
    locking out with that heavy weight can be very dangerous with the joints involved with the lift. so dont be like me lol!

    naku kung ako bibigyan ng regalo at medyo galante ang mag bibigay (sponsor) hihingiin ko yung pang next na cycle ko next year ahahaha! BI talaga ako! gamot nanamana nasa isp ko!on a lighter side.... hihingi na lang ako ng 1 dozen na tub ng myofusion kay sanata! lol!

    last - ok lang naman paminsan minsan para lang to give yourself a boost and edge lalo na sa field mo PT ka.

    back day went okay. okay lang kasi parang may kulang sa buhat ko ngayun. nasobrahan yata ako sa carbs kanina bago mag buhat (unlimited rice sa mang inasal) at pakiramdam ko ay ansarap matulog ahahay.

    lat pull downs (wide) 5 sets:
    1st set (warm up set) 150lbs - failure
    2nd set 170lbs - 15 reps
    3rd set 190 - 12 reps
    4th set 210 - 10 reps
    5th set 210 - 10 reps

    narrow grip lat pull downs 4 sets:
    1st 130lbs - 15 reps
    2nd 140 - 12 reps
    3rd 150 - 12 reps
    4th 150 - failure

    seated cable rows 4 sets:
    1st 140lbs - 15 reps
    2nd 150 - 12 reps
    3rd 170 - 10 reps
    4th 190 - 10 reps

    t bar rows 4 sets:
    1st and 2nd set 85lbs - 12 reps
    3rd and 4th set 100lbs - 10 reps

    hammer machine rows 4 sets:
    75lbs each side - all failure

    really love to train back specially when you can feel the pump!

    wala, walang DL's i hate DL's lol! really, bihira akong mag DL. pakiramdam ko hindi ako masyadong tinatamaan sa DL eh. regular rows do the trick for me but sometimes i do them.

    ahahay! excited sa strawberry and cream myo ko mamaya. sana masarap para naman hindi sumama loob ko. daming bagong protein sa CnC ngayun guys, mag papasko na sana may mag regalo ahahah!

    i feel like the energizer bunny earlier during mg shoulder workout. iba talaga ang tama ng jack3d pag napahinga ka ng medyo matagal. great pumps all over my shoulders during my workout and after!

    nakaka adik mag volume training parang ayaw kong tigilan mag buhat kanina ahahaha!

    Un sarap nga paps ng PWO, walang kapaguran,. BTW available na rin pala si 1.M.R isa ring sikat na PWO paps kaso sobra mahal 28 servings ata for 1.8k IIRC
