leg workout went well earlier. di masyadong nahilo o nasuka. got 8 reps with 250lbs on squats (weak sauce) and 10 reps on 680lbs leg press. next leg day on saturday volume naman para sa pump!
mmmm.... 45lbs 12 plates 35lbs 4 plates koya. na sermonan pa nga ako kanina ng friend ko eh nag lolock out kasi ako sa dulo ng lift hindi ko mapigilan sa sobrang gigil ahahah!

locking out with that heavy weight can be very dangerous with the joints involved with the lift. so dont be like me lol!

back day went okay. okay lang kasi parang may kulang sa buhat ko ngayun. nasobrahan yata ako sa carbs kanina bago mag buhat (unlimited rice sa mang inasal) at pakiramdam ko ay ansarap matulog ahahay.
lat pull downs (wide) 5 sets:
1st set (warm up set) 150lbs - failure
2nd set 170lbs - 15 reps
3rd set 190 - 12 reps
4th set 210 - 10 reps
5th set 210 - 10 reps
wala, walang DL's i hate DL's lol! really, bihira akong mag DL. pakiramdam ko hindi ako masyadong tinatamaan sa DL eh. regular rows do the trick for me but sometimes i do them.
ahahay! excited sa strawberry and cream myo ko mamaya. sana masarap para naman hindi sumama loob ko. daming bagong protein sa CnC ngayun guys, mag papasko na sana may mag regalo ahahah!

i feel like the energizer bunny earlier during mg shoulder workout. iba talaga ang tama ng jack3d pag napahinga ka ng medyo matagal. great pumps all over my shoulders during my workout and after!
