What should I buy? Mutant MASS or Mutant WHEY ?

Hi guys! I am planning to buy one of these supplements pero hindi ko sure kung anu bibilhin ko although may mga nakuha nakong advice from my co-employees.. naglalaro ung timbang ko ngayun sa 69-71 KG and medyo malambot ang katawan ko dahil sa fats, mejo bumubukol narin ung laki ng tiyan ko.. Gusto kong mawala ang mga fats ko at tumigas kahit papano (mapalitan ng muscles kumbaga) pero wala akong time makapag GYM, dahil ndi fix ung sched ng work ko paiba iba, at madalas din kaming mag service sa iba ibang probinsya. at isa pa, walang malapit na GYM sa tinutuluyan ko maging sa work ko wala ring malapit.. PERO nakakapag jogging naman ako thrice a week dahil katabi lang ng office namin ung oval na spot talaga for jogging.. AND umaakyat din po ako ng bundok twice a month (weekend). may bike din po ako, madalas din akong magbike kapag may bibilhin or may pupuntahang malapit.. sa madaling sabi sa cardio lang po ako active.. Ang pinaka goal ko lang for now is mawala lang ung mga fats ko at hindi na maging malambot ung katawan ko.. Gusto ko lang mag mukhang fit, healthy at maliksi.. So anu pong mai-rerecommend nyong supplements para sakin? at anu pong advice maibibigay nyo kung papaano sya gagamitin.. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

    Mass gainers are nothing but just waste of money.
    The serving have massive aMount of carbs with low protein. If you want carbs, eat rice, pasta, bread, etc.
    If you take mass gainers, you Will become fat or big depends on how you use those carbs intake.
    With whey you will only complete your daily protein intake and help recovery. Excess of protein will just get out of your body when you pee unlike carbs which when not used, the body will store it as energy and eventually turn into fat.

    Mass gainers might only be usefull to extremely thin guys and extremely active guys but with your weight, you just need whey protein and work hard.

    By the way whey is not a magical powder, you might not even see any difference when using it. I suggest read more about macros if you want results

    Sir whey and mass powders are not a magical formula for weight loss or weight gain. what you need is to fix your schedules you have time to play, you have time to work, now create a time for your self an hour or 2 is enough for a day for weight training. if you fix this up we can help..
