H! mga paps., ask lng po kung paano magpataba, anu po ba kailangan kong gawin pra magkalaman. I'm 24 years old, weight ko 54kls.. Plan ko sana bumili ng Mass Gainer, anu po ba mabisang Mass na pwede kong i take. help mga kuyz . thanks.

    Compute for your TDEE. Count your calories. Be on a surplus (TDEE + 200 to 500 calories). The key is consistency. Use mass gainers as substitute for food only when you’re unable to reach your daily caloric goal for whatever reason.
