    Triceps sana imbes na biceps kaso maga na masyado triceps ko sa bench

  • na experience nyo na ba na hindi kayo kontento sa workout nyo? kahit na reached mo naman goals mo sa araw na yun at intense naman pero after workout parang walang na ganap.. ganun naramdaman ko kahapon kahit 2 days recovered naman lol

    yup baby boy ko yan at mas malakas pa sakin yan,yung 4lbs na rubberized DB ko dito binubuhat nya lol
