    Use them all. They all work wonders especially when all necessary variables were applied and executed properly.

    Variables such as:
    Exercise selection
    Exercise order
    Rest periods
    Loading parameter
    Techniques
    Training Frequency
    Rep Range
    Etc.

    I didn't even include proper form there.

    I have read that a particular style works best for an exercise.. such as straight reps for bicep curls. :#

    Nothing works wonders in muscle building. you need to have your nutrition and training right for your gains. No such training regimen works best if you are not training hard enough or giving your 110% every time you hit the gym to train. You need to learn more from good trainers like Ben Pakulski kung proper form at intensity ang hinahanap mo to stimulate those muscles to grow
