Use them all. They all work wonders especially when all necessary variables were applied and executed properly.
Variables such as:
Exercise selection
Exercise order
Rest periods
Loading parameter
Techniques
Training Frequency
Rep Range
Etc.
I didn't even include proper form there.
I have read that a particular style works best for an exercise.. such as straight reps for bicep curls.
Nothing works wonders in muscle building. you need to have your nutrition and training right for your gains.
