Farmers walk or loaded carries

Sino po dito ang gumagawa ng farmers walk sa workouts ninyo? If you dont have the strongmans version ng farmers walk implement, pwede na yung mabigat na dumbell. Just walk across the gym bck and forth with different combinations and technique.

For example:

1. 2 equal weights n both hands for a round
2. unequal weight on both hands
3. Unilateral loading or suitcase carry (isang kamay lang merong dalang mabigat)
4. waiters carry kung saan nakataas yung dumbell.
5. plates carry either sa dibdib or nasa taas.

Its a good exercise during off days pamalit sa cardio exercise. great for grip, forearms, traps, legs, at core.

  • Hi ginagawa ko to ulit recently as a form of hard cardio on off days with some funny plyo. pero limited.
    Mostly loaded yung back ko with a 130lbs barbell at naglalakad or nag spripsrint ako sa subdivision namin.
    Ang masasabi ko lang is i personally find it easier on the joints pag di ka naka rubber shoes. makakatulong kung flat yung shoes mo, or else masakit sa tuhod yung impact pag nagtagal.
