    Teka mahirap kasi i put into words hehe, example ng jerking, before mo i pull yung bar parang pinepwersa mo paangat yung tipong "biglaan". Yung tamang paraan ayon sa article is hold the bar first and put tension into it medjo mag exert ka ng konting pulling force just enough to """bend""" the bar (take note naka quotation marks kasi di talaga bebend yung bar unless heavy talaga load nung bar) pag na exert mo na tong minimal force na to saka mo sya ipower up.

    Iquote ko na din yung sabi sa article

    " Get set and pull the bar up only enough to apply upward pressure on the plates hanging from the bar, maybe 5-10% of the force necessary to pull the weight off the floor entirely."
