Sakin lang wala namang "hard gainers" talaga ang meron talaga ay "under eaters" yung iba kasi akala nila marami na ang kinakain nila pero di naman consistent example isang araw mag bubuffet tas the following days back to their regular eating pattern tas sasabihin nila malakas silang kumain.
Pero once tinrack mo talaga gram per gram ang macros and calorie intake nila malamang sa malamang nasa deficit sila or maintenance kaya hindi sila nag gagain ng weight. Pero siyempre may mga tao talagang may sakit such as hyper thyroidism ibang usapan na yon.

Totoo din ang quote na "You are what you eat" pero for us looking to improve our physique whether through bulking or cutting mas applicable siguro ang "You are what and how much you eat"

    correct.

Here's a good quote taken from that site
You’re not tracking your exact calorie intake, and I know from when I met you that you don’t eat a lot of refined carbs, which means your overall carb intake will be low-medium unless you force it. So you may be eating less than you think.

For me, meron talagang TRUE hardgainers. I know someone na grabe talaga kumain pero hindi talaga tumataba kahit anong gawin

Pero most fall into the "under-eater" category, and as discussed sa endo thread it's more of poor food choices and lifestyle. I fall into this category nung unang balik ko nga dito sa site at napagusapan namin ni vinch about it I realized na "oo nga no!".

    Bat kaya ganon lol

This is so true. Before joining S2B, I also believed that there are NO HARDGAINERS, just UNDER-EATERS. But after getting to know some cohorts, my belief was dispelled.

Yes, TRUE-HARDGAINERS do really exist. Take for example, one cohort named Kevin was eating 4000-5000 kcal per day during the duration of the program (18+ weeks now). Guess what? He still haven't gained a single pound. BS? Nope. I don't think so. Why it happens? I don't know. But I can draw one conclusion from that experience.

HARDGAINERS DO REALLY EXIST. Denying them their existence is a cruel act. :twitcy:

Another golden post boss vinch! This actually sums up most of my experience. There is no "one size, fits all" approach to building your ultimate body. Know your genetics strength and weaknesses, make a plan to conquer, EXECUTE. Adjustments are also critical during the execution part. Listen to your body, and adjust accordingly.
  • Curious pa din ako sa hard gainers kasi may naging client ako before na 16yrs old and skinny as f***! sabi sakin ng father nya malakas daw naman kumain (at nawitness ko na malakas talaga) kaso buto't balat pa din. eating pattern nya is 3 big meals a day and midnight snack (lunch nya is buffet everyday!) first few weeks, same lang kinakain nya until pinadagdagan ko pa up to uncomfortable level of fullness. he gained a steady 20-23lbs but very minimal difference in his frame. sa strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance gain sobrang laki ng gainzzz nya naman. from 30lbs BP to 120lbs for reps (no spot) in 5 weeks. hindi ko alam kung san nya nilagay yung 20lbs na weight gain kasi halos ganun pa din itsura nya.
  • hardgainers do exist. if i-cocompare mo sila sa mga eating habits ng normal na tao.
    pero lahat naman may kasagutan.
pwedeng may pathological cause or pwedeng may disorder lang ung tao.
  • sarap nga ng ganyan eh, pucha 10calories a day kakainin mo lahat na ata ng gusto mo kainin sa isang araw makakain mo, ahhaaah!
