    thnx po.. ano po b mgndang sched ng gym for me? shifting kc sched ko.. 6am-6pm den nxtweek 6pm-6am.. salitan po.. gusto ko sana araw2 pero ndi po b maover fatigue ako?

    pero post ko ndin ung before nd after ko pag may time..

    Nakow sakit sa ulo ng sked mo. Yan pinaka ayaw ko eh nasisira ulo ko sa ganyan kakainis! Pero wala kang choice anjan ka, you have to choose the schedule that fits you the most brah. Just remember the pain and effort that you will putin will give you the results that you want. So kung "maka-buhat/masabing nagbuhat lang" approach ang gagawin mo expect na ganyan lang din result sayo.

    Try to workout ng umaga at gabi tignan mo kung anong time ka "In the zone"

    sobrang panira tlga boss.. hehe.. humahabol s chest..babawi nlng ako ng buhat pag restday.. kpg galing umaga, pasara n ung gym s amin. kapag galing pggabi bago pumasok, kailangn magmadali kc baka malate at antok pa.. haha.. nid ko ata mag pre-workout supp.. haha

    Had to share my personal experience with regards to shifting sched..

    call center boy ako sir, pero kung gusto mo talaga gagawin mo talaga whatever it takes.

    Qouted "how bad do you want it?"

    besides 1 hour lang naman halos workout natin :) Since we're newbies.

    btw, sinisira ko pa lang goal ko sa abs hehehe.
