Just remember the pain and effort that you will putin will give you the results that you want. So kung "maka-buhat/masabing nagbuhat lang" approach ang gagawin mo expect na ganyan lang din result sayo.
Try to workout ng umaga at gabi tignan mo kung anong time ka "In the zone"

sobrang panira tlga boss.. hehe.. humahabol s chest..babawi nlng ako ng buhat pag restday.. kpg galing umaga, pasara n ung gym s amin. kapag galing pggabi bago pumasok, kailangn magmadali kc baka malate at antok pa.. haha.. nid ko ata mag pre-workout supp.. haha
