newbie

hi newbie here, kaka start ko lang ulit mag gym.. 5'7" 150lbs, my body type is between an ectomorph and mesomorph..noon kasi wala akong sinusunod na program, bahala na kung anong makita ko sa gym..but now i train 6 times a day, with program and diet here an overview of my program and diet

Program:
Monday -chest, abs
Tuesday - back
wed - shoulders,abs
thurs - tricpes, biceps,forearms
friday - legs,calves
sat - cardio, light fullbody workout, abs
sun - rest

Diet
breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 egg

snack - 1 egg

lunch - 1 rice
- 1/2 serving meat sa carinderia

snack - 1 egg,1 banana

preworkout - 1 cup rice
- veggies
postworkout - whey protein

dinner - egg



napansin ko mabilis ang results, lumiit agad ang tyan ko and nakikita ko na yung v cut sa may abs ko...

any suggestion/ comments on my workout?
